"redid three time checkout
took too long for system to accept passed word sent by you. cost me 20 unnecessary minutes. It was fair but not worth again to try to save money, Next time I will strongly consider to go to Amazon. would have been ordered in 15seconds.

Incorrect stock info, no notification

"Your website showed a product as in stock so I ordered it, and needed it in a rush so paid for the fastest shipping. Did not receive any notifications about the product being on backorder. It took 2 business days for your website to show that information on the order page, which I saw only by going there to check. So absolutely unacceptable inventory information on your website, and unacceptable lack of communication after placing the order."

"Had difficulty in initial access to order products. Checked on status of order 2 days after the placing order and was told the item was out of stock. No time frame for when item would be available. Very frustrating as item was needed ASAP. SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK WHEN PLACING ORDER. "
