What a joke !!

"ordered #2150399 on Friday September 6, 2024.
Delivery says 5-7 business days
My needs changed over the week-end and I called Monday , September 9, 2024 to see if I could pay the upgrade in shipping sincethe order had not shipped.
I was told that this was not possible but the customer service rep said that he would call shipping and have them ship it priority and he would send me a tracking number.
I checked my e-mail today and no confirmation
I called back and was told by Manish that I would not get order this week, in fact,he did not know when I would get the order

So now, here we are, I need the order, and you cannot even tell me when it will ship..
And you want to know how my experience was

"Wanted to use website and was unable to remove unwanted items from my basket. Chat told me to clear cache and cookies, try again
Asked if it would wipe out basket. Reply no. It did and I couldn't remember what I had ordered and had to start research over.

Called customer service once I figured out for 2nd time what I wanted. Agent placed order but was very slooow.

"Same as normal. Just insurance will not cover the tracheostomy supplies that I require on a regular basis. So I have to wait till they are on sale or u have A good discount for total items."
