"I needed to re-order kickstand springs that I had ordered previously and fit very well. I looked up the previous order and found the order with the springs. I clicked on "order again" and placed the order (along with another item). When I got the springs they were not the same springs - they were very different. With having to pay the return shipping I am out most of the money for the error in J&P logistics. If I click on "order again" for some item, I would think I should get the same item - or there should be a disclaimer to disabuse me.

"2 times I have ordered parts and 2 times I have gotten parts that were not exactly what I ordered. I ordered a rear tire for a klr and got the front. Then I ordered bars that they said fit my heritage and the clamping area didn't fit in my Risers. Trying to deal with customer service to return stuff is such a nightmare I ground down my Risers to fit. Both times I tried to return stuff was horrible. I'll never order from them again. Not to mention they take substantially longer to return emails than just about anybody else on the market"

"This has nothing to do with quality..... I am sure the gaskets I ordered will work just fine. I ordered 2 gaskets, paid for shipping, was given a timeline, got an email saying that they shipped, got excited, made plans to finish repairs and go ride, opened the package....... 50%. Only one gasket shipped. I was given no obvious indication that the order was going to be split into 2 deliveries. When I went back and looked at the tracking on your website, the 2nd gasket stayed frozen in processing/ waiting on outside vendor. I was not made aware that the 2nd gasket was not in stock when I ordered. I still have not received the 2nd gasket. I did receive an email from USPS saying that the 2nd gasket is finally on it's way, but have yet to see the package in my mailbox.
This will not prevent me from ordering again in the future, but at this point, because you asked, 50% (3 stars and somewhat satisfied).
