"I was at J&P cycles for biketoberfest. The guy there said it would take two months before I received my jacket. I ordered one on line the following week and received it today 11/3/14. It only took less than two weeks. I'm very happy. love the jacket. Never have had a problem when I order on line. Thank You "

Our Expedited service guarantees that an order will leave our warehouse the same business day it is placed during warehouse hours if placed before 5pm Central Standard Time or it will ship the next business day. "The service I recieved was great, but only one of the 2 items I ordered arrived. A mistake was made and the second part was omitted. The person in the phone was fairly quick to figure out and get me the second item shipped. I had paid for overnight shipping in the original order and while I conceded that 2 day would be fine for the second part, I thought some concession would have been made since my parts took several extra days to arrive. Great service but a simple shipping mistake cost me days of work. "
