"The mirrors I ordered was delivered with a hairline crack. In an attempt to return there was no return label in the box. Called and spoke with a representative and was told I needed to go online and print up a return label. Then I don't find the state of Hawaii listed. Called again and represenative informs me that I need to go to the ups store to get the label. Now I have to go out of my way to return thus item."

"I bought two of the Driod cell phone holders, the second one was for a buddy that quickly wanted one for his bike when he saw it installed on my bike and how well it held a cell phone. I wish I had done it a long time ago. Plus, it is much cheaper than a new 2014 Harley..."

"First, J&P is usually a great place to shop. But, I ordered an air cleaner for my Harley, and really needed it, so I paid $35 for overnight shipping. Somehow, it got hung up in bad weather and then the weekend and was many days getting to me. I understand that the weather is beyond anyone's control, but I didn't pay $35 for "we'll try to get the part there". I paid for it to absolutely, positively be here. To be fair, they offered to repay 1/2 of my shipping fee. Hmm. "

"I purchased products from J&P for 12 years. I have been a gold club member 2 or 3 times before. I joined with a purchase 3 months ago. The online site had no visible link to gold club at the time of charging my Debit card. I was not given a gold club card discount at that time. No gold club card or info was mailed to me until just before my second purchase 2 weeks ago. The same no gold club link, so no discount again. My wife called customer service, spoke to a person who, instead of listening to my wife, who told her to please link our purchases to our gold club, Instead charged my card again! Then told her {for her problem}to call the "webmaster" what? I chose to let them refund the bad charge, they did finally and I let the gold club issue pass for now...The refund didn't happen till my wife called again 10 days later. The money made it back today. I got a gold club card in the mail 2 weeks ago. Still NO link on the screen of my computer, so after the 3rd call, she was told just to use their 800 number to get the discount. We still love their prices and their company but, their Gold club is clearly having problems with our online purchase. I do the same buying online with, Walmart, OSH ,Home Depot and many others with NO PROBLEMS...Why can't J&P do it the same? Me a future customer? maybe not."
