"I ordered a avon whitewall tire and when I received it the tires condition is totally unacceptable to the point where I'm guessing nobody at your where house inspects parts before you send them out cause if someone actually looked at this tire and still sent it to me that they should be fired. Although your exchange policy is easy to use I'm very irritated with the fact that I waited a week to receive my tire and now another week to return it and than another week for you to reship me a new tire so at this point I'm looking at 3+ weeks to get my tire I sincerely hope the quality of my next tire is beyond satisfactory or I will definetly be taking my business elsewhere and will suggest to everybody I know to do the same "
