They responded immediatley and have used the feedback to ensure no other customers experience the same problem. I even got a small refund for my troubles which wasn't necessary. "I ordered a helmet and the page aaid it was ready to ship. It wasnt. They had the status as waiting for word from the manufacturer. How long does it take to make a phone call? I ended up cancelling it. I also ordered a battery tender and paid extra shipping money to get it here by friday. They took longer than a day to ship so I ended up getting it on Monday instead...20$ shipping money wasted. "
