"I received my order fairly quickly. However when I opened the ring of fire I found no hardware and no instruction sheet. The instruction sheet was no big deal but propper hardware to mount them with is necessary. I contacted customer support which responded within the 24 hours as promised but their response was "we have turned this over to our quality assurance department which should get back to you within 24hours". I still have not heard from them. Long story short-quick shipping, lousy customer service."

"The filters I ordered were said to be in stock but the I find that you were waiting for the distributor to deliver. They were ordered on the 15th of Aug and I got a notice that they were just now 8/23 being shipped. I wish you had said they were not in stock and I would not have torn my bike apart. "
