"STAY AWAY FROM JET.COM! I received a pistol safe, with no packaging- just in the manufacturers box. So not only did the product arrived cracked, dented and damaged, but anyone that drove by could of seen what the product was. The first customer service rep I spoke to told me they didn't have the same item available- they did. It just happened to jump drastically in price, and they tried to tell me it was a different safe that was more expensive (it was not, I compared down to model and serial numbers). They spoke to me like I was a child. Long story short, the best "offer" I could receive from them was a $60 credit- which in addition to the poor shipping and inconvenience already caused, would still cost me $70 more out of pocket for a shipping error and website error ON THEIR PART! Not to mention I continue to be without a safe and had to negotiate for hours with 3 reps just for an insignificant credit! I wish I would have done more research before attempting to make a purchase from Jet- there seems to be thousands whom have had similar experiences. Even if its a few more bucks- stick with Amazon!"
"I ordered a GPS from jet that I had to have 1 week later for a trip. I logged on to the website 3 days later and could not find a shipping status. Mind you, the site says I would receive my order in "2 - 5 business days". When I called 4 days after I ordered my item, they told me that my order had not shipped yet. I was upset and told them to cancel my order. The response "We can only cancel your order within 30 min of you ordering it." Amazon would not wait 3 days to ship...
IT GET WORSE. I logged in again on on day 5 and STILL NO Status. I called again, and you guessed it, I was told my order still had not shipped. No furious, I asked again to cancel, and was told the same BS about "30 min cancellation window".
So here I am on day 5, no GPS, and leaving on a trip tomorrow.
DO NOT BUY OR TRUST JET."
"Placed first and last order with jet a few weeks ago. My bank sent me a text indicating that transactions from jet were similar to fraud transactions. I let the transactions go through because I validated the order and the amount. Next I noticed that I was double charged and then credited. In addition to my $300 plus purchase, jet starts deducting for individual items as they were being fulfilled. This process overdraws my bank account. A few days later it appears that everything is back to normal. days after I get my order, jet starts taking more money out of my account and overdraws again. Now I have $140 plus bank fees because of how jet manages transactions. Jet is the WORSE vendor I've ever purchased from."

Seriously, my upscale supermarket discontinued several items that I needed. Online the items were available but no one had all of them together except Jet and they were by far the least expensive. I read the reviews and I thought I bet this ends badly but I pulled the trigger. Ordered on Monday and here I am on Wednesday with a big ol' grin on my face. "
"I'm a new customer. I ordered a WiFi router and a motherboard from them recently. Their price were lower than others, plus they also offered discount for new customers. I'd no problem with the tracking info provided and the items arrived on time.
Both the motherboard and the router are brand new. However, the ASUS router AC68U keeps randomly dropping the internet for a few of my laptops at home. None of my computers have any problem with the old Linksys router. I tried to resolve this with ASUS CS but problem persists. At the end, I had enough and decided to return the router back to Jet.com.
The return process was smooth and I got my refund few days later without any problem.
I will order from Jet.com again in the future, when price is right.

"I placed an order with Jet.com using a 10% off order that Jet.com sent me because they "appreciated" me as a customer. I placed an order using this discount code. The next day Jet.com canceled my order. Seems like they didn't like that I was using the discount code.
I called and they said they would resubmit the order for processing and to check on-line after 24 hours. I NEVER heard anything back from them about this order. I waited a two days and I couldn't log into my account. I called and they said the order was still canceled. Jet.com should have let me know but never did.
THIS ISSUE WAS NEVER RESOLVED. They asked if I wanted to reactivate my account and I said yes so I could delete my billing information and never do business with them again.

"I must admit I was concerned about dealing with this online retailer after reading the reviews. We are Amazon junkies. We found a Samsung tablet @ jet.com for 30% lower than local retailers and still less than other online retailers (Amazon included). We called jet.com @ 1-855-JET-HEADS (538-4323) on a Sat. to confirm avalablility, pricing, source of product and that it was in fact new in the box with full warranty. The friendly jet.com answered all our concerns. We ordered the product and held our collective breath. Well, the tablet arrived in 3-5 business days as promised, price on credit card as promised, brand new in box as promised, free shipping as promised and it works flawlessly. We won't hesitate to do business with jet.com in the future. AND NO, we have no association with jet.com, their employees, owner or investors... just internet shoppers like those that posted reviews of their experiences."
"I read a article online about Jet being a real competitor to Amazon; I then went to the website and ordered some stuff last October. A few days later, I wanted to check the shipping status of my order, I couldn't log in. And I was told my account has been shut down "based on my activity" (which I still can't understand). I didn't care anyway because the shopping experience was awful, like the product you just put in your shopping cart would quickly displayed as unavailable. Anyway, since they already took my money for my order, I was waiting for it to arrive, which never did. When I ask them for it, they told me my order was canceled. They didn't bother notify me about it. If I didn't ask I could lost both my money and the product. All in all, do not shop at Jet."

"Seems like a complete crap shoot if you'll actually get your order. Orders are fulfilled by 3rd parties and if they're out of stock then you'll find out 5 days later, even after you receive shipping confirmation, a tracking number and your estimated delivery date.
The customer service guys are really nice, but the business model has a huge flaw. Such a shame :("

"Sorry, we can't cancel your order, it wouldn't be fair to our merchant. (You know, the one that hasn't shipped your order) The arrival window was just an estimate. We usually, give our merchants 14 days to ship plus the 2-5 days to receive."
If I wanted to wait 20 days to get a product I would order from a Chinese seller on eBay.

"Jet seems to sell stuff itself (which is generally delivered within 1-2 business days in marked boxes, well packed) and is also a storefront of sorts for other merchants (stuff generally delivered within 2-5 business days.) So for one Jet order, you may receive multiple deliveries, and there seems to be little standardization for the third party merchants' deliveries: packaging was bad for one item--bag of edible items got squished; for a couple of items, there was no indication they were a part of the Jet order. I imagine these things will get sorted out over time as Jet grows, and aren't enough to necessarily detract me from re-ordering.
Prices were a little higher though. I wouldn't have bought some of the items in my order if there wasn't that 15% first order discount available."

"I couldn't log into my account. The error said password issue. I spent a lot of time trying to correct my password. I registered with a different email. Of course I did not use the new user discount. I just wanted to make a purchase. Received my order and then the next time I attempted to order I received the same password error. Tried again with another of my emails. Purchase was cancelled.
After I finally gave up, I contacted Jet and was told by customer service that they couldn't help me. They would transfer my information to the right department. She told me I would only be notified if my account was reinstated.
After a ton of cat and mouse and insisting that I am contacted regardless so that I can know the reason for my account suspension, the answer remained NO.
I asked to speak to her supervisor and told she couldn't help me. I asked to be transferred to the other departments supervisor. She told me it doesn't work that way. I asked for contact information and was told they don't have any. Really? How are you going to contact them? Carrier pigeon?
Amazon has great customer service and values their customers. Jet doesn't even seem to be in it for the money. I was a great customer!
