"I want to give them 0 star if I could. My account was blocked for more than a week due to I use billing same as my business billing. Silly problem that can be fixed in a couple minute. But they can't fix it by calling. They have another department handle that which you have to find out yourself that your account will be activate or not by trying everyday to log in. I think my account was unblocked already cause they sent me the coupon to shop. But it wasn't. If the account has been activate yet why do they have send me the ad email. It is bad bad bad company.
This is a real business and a real world. Customer need to talk right away to have problem fix.
But you can't deal with this company like that. They have to find the available time to talk to you which you will not know when.

"At first, I was intimidated by the bad reviews about Jet.com, but at the end, I decided to give it a try. So I placed an order on saturday night, and it was shipped on sunday, arrived on tuesday morning. Really fast shipment compare to the amazon that I have to pay prime membership (which I already did) in order to get this rate of shipment. The item I received is however defective, contact the customer service, they immediately issue a refund to me, and I could just dump that defective item without going through the hassle to drive 20 min to the local shipping place for returning the item. Great service, would definitely gonna continue buying from them. "

"I saw a commercial for Jet.com so I thought I would try it out. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I was so impressed with the look and feel of the site. It was so easy to shop and the prices were great. Many of the products had 2 day shipping free when you buy over $35, but the product I wanted to buy did not offer free 2 day. It said it would arrive in 2-5 days which was ok with me, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received it in 2 days. It was nicely packed and the quality of the product was what I expected. "We had several persons in the household create separate Jet.com accounts -- apparently this is in violation of terms and conditions (who knew?). They sent an email that said my order was canceled and there was NO explanation whatsoever as to why.
I ended up calling customer service to ask why my order was canceled. As it turns out, they canceled all accounts for the household, as well.
The customer service rep was not friendly or helpful, and basically treated me like a criminal on the phone. She indicated we were in violation of their terms and conditions, and if I wanted to have our account reactivated she would send a request to some other department to see if they would agree to let us shop there again.
Otherwise, any accounts we tried to reopen would immediately be deactivated.
She said they may or may not agree to reactivate our account, but that if we answered their questions to their satisfaction they might agree to let us shop there again.
I said not to bother -- we'd be fine shopping elsewhere.
I also said that it would be nice if they could include an explanation in the email as to why orders were canceled and to inform people that their accounts were being closed. I also suggested they leave at least one account open so people could continue to do business with them after they learn only one account per household is allowed.
The customer service rep accused me of calling 'just to argue with her'. This is not true - I just wanted to let them know how it seemed from a customer's perspective.
How can we be expected to change if we don't know why we are being ousted?
