"Today is Jan 31, had placed an order for Samsung phone battery on Jan 20th. The reason I ordered from Jet was due to genuine in original package as advertise. Here's the story, after calling numerous time to customer support no answer or any updates for my order even though my card was charged way more than advertise on the site. Till today I'm still waiting for my order, Should have ordered from Amazon as others have mentioned. "
"I purchased items from Jet.com the end of January 2015. It was my first purchase. I was very disappointed. I received vitamins that expired 04/30/2013. I also purchased one years worth of allergy medication (typically a two year expiration date) and it expired the next January so they would expire before I was able to use them all. They are selling old stock of vitamins and allergy medications. They also have limited information on the description of items. I took a chance and purchased a new MS Office and wanted the disc but it did not show on the box or in the description if it was a disc or just a online code. I tried to call but could not reach anyone after sitting on hold for over 30-minutes. So I contacted them via email wanting an exchange. They don't do that. I could return the items but by the time I purchased a box and drove to the post office to return them, quite frankly, it would not be worth the time or expense. So I just choose to throw out the vitamins (but I sent them a picture of the expiration date on the bottle), use what I could of the allergy meds and throw out what was left when expired, and use the online code and hopefully not have the download issues with MS that I have had in the past. What a terrible experience. Be very cautious about what you buy from them....buyer beware!"
"i was feeling like taking a risk, i compared the prices of the items in my cart on another site to what i could get them for at jet.com. i read the reviews and they weren't great but it's hard for a woman to pass up a good bargain. i reluctantly hit the place your order button, got the stuff in a day or two, great condition and no problems whatever. i am a fan!"
"All the negative comments had me initially sweating bullets on whether to buy or not to buy, but the Risk Taker in me said to take the plunge so I did. SUCCESS!! "stick with amazon at least they care about customer service! I've never heard "We can't do anything" so many times from one company. Orders are fulfilled by multiple distributors, some of which take forever to ship... then they said they were gonna use UPS but later switched to USPS after i told the "Jet Heads" USPS will NOT deliver to my house. Big distributors + Third party customer service= 1 star customer service "
"Wow - what a horrible experience with Jet. You order stuff - they don't tell you who you are ordering from. You assume that Jet must be selling the items, right? Every other major online shopping site tells you the name of the merchant you are buying from if it is the shopping site itself - NOT JET! It's a surprise! And then you don't receive your items, or receive a different item, and have to spend 2 hours on the phone with their awful customer service. Jet is a complete failure."
"Half of my order arrived obviously damaged in multiple spots. The other part of the order says it was shipped 10 days ago, but the tracking number cannot be found. They keep giving me the runaround telling me they are waiting on their "trusted merchant" to get back to them with the correct shipping info. So now I have to re-box, tape, and drop off my return for the damaged half of the order, and sit in limbo with the jetheads who have given me the same canned response for over a week, not being able to locate the correct tracking number, or even verify that the other half of the order has shipped. I feel like I basically loaned them money and wasted my time and effort."
"I will join the growing chorus of negative reviews of Jet.com. I placed an order with them, but more than a week after the order was supposedly shipped, the tracking still said it was just picked up by USPS. After conversing with them, they sent a new item but at the some pace, not by expedited shipping claiming they don't have it available. After asking for compensation, they gave me $5 site credit. Whopee, since they can't deliver anything on time, I won't use it unless I can find something worth $5 I don't care when I get. If I were them, I would send it overnight and refund my money for customer goodwill. They get no more business from me, and I suggest you don't trust them either, even if they have the lowest price; it's just not worth the hassle."
"This was my first purchase/experience with Jet. I placed two orders and literally had the products the very next day! Now that's customer service! I will order what I need from Jet from now forward rather than Amazon where I have never received anything in less than five to eight days. Most of the time I'm not in a hurry for the items I order but in this case I really needed the items sooner, and there they were. So refreshing to know that you don't have to wait 8 days to receive products."
"I ordered a computer from JET.com. This was my first time ordering. The computer I ordered was not what I got. I got a older model at over at least $200 more then it's worth. I contacted JET and they stated that I have to send the wrong one back and it would take up to 14 days to get my refund. I stated that I still wanted to get the computer that I ordered they said I had to reorder it. So i reordered it and it came today . The wrong computer yet again!!! So here I am with two wrong computers that I have to send back and then wait for my refund. This company is total crap. They are trying to be the next Amazon . They are not even good enough to be ZAYRES or VENTURE. SERIOUSLY AVOID the JET CRASH!!!!!"

"I wanted to order from Jet.com because their pricing was so great, and then saw all the bad reviews and hesitated. But the thought of the company possibly being sabotaged by competitors really bothered me, and I decided to give them a try and find out for myself. Got my items - paper products for my home - in 4 days (ordered on Saturday, arrived following Tuesday) at a great price, and packaged nicely in a jet.com box. Very impressed and will use jet.com again!"

"I purchased two computer mice from Jet. Throughout the purchase process, Jet never showed that the order was going to be processed by a third party seller (Limited Goods). The expected delivery date was 2 to 5 business days. They came in 8 business days in a bag. In the bag were two tiny brown boxes, one with a big hole in it. The boxes were previously opened and the serial numbers on the boxes do not match the serial numbers on the mice.
This was my first time ordering from Jet, and it's going to be the last."
