"This company wants to compete with Amazon prime and I can tell you it is a joke. I have been buying stuff from Amazon for many years and am very happy with their service: they always deliever on time and if not they will always over night the same item at their cost. their customer service is top notch. so last week, I ordered a Hard drive from Jet.com because their attractive price. I also wants to give it a try since I assume a start up company like Jet.com will impress their new customer but the order was sent to an unknown address accross the country in east coast rather my address here in west coast. when I call their customer service, they can't even tell me what went wrong and just told me : will call you whenever we have any updates. so my advice for you is: stay away from them if you need the merchandise in urgent or it is very important to you. If you don't might to gamble for a product for a very low price offered by Jet.com, you can give it a try. "
"Worst shopping experience ever. Blatant bait and switch. Order watch got sent much cheaper watch. Returned it and was promised watch I ordered but then charged much more. Canceled. Now told watch it's not available. Lodging complaints where ever I can. If this isn't indended bait and switch then these people need to get out of the retail biz. They suck at it. "
"Horror story. Ordered an item, completely wrong item shipped by a bogus company associated with Jet. Called them to complain, they told me, "we don't take complaints for Jet." Called Jet, they sent me a RMA. Had to print a label, go to Fedex and ship back. Let's see if I get my money back. Never ever again with Jet. I am surprised by all the negative reviews, as I managed to save ~ 25% over Amazon cost (saved $40.oo on a $159 item) and was impressed by a superfast shipping (ordered on Jan. 03, item arrived on Jan 05!) I understand that this is a NEW competitor to Amazon and, like many startups, they must be going through some growing pains, but I am definitely willing to give these guys another spin. Thanks, guys. "* Order and Delivery: 5 Stars -- Three orders now (42" 4-drawer file cabinet; 300 sq. ft. of interlocking foam tiles (six units of 50 sq. ft.); four PREPAC "Hangups" wall cabinets). Easy order, quick delivery.
* Pricing: 3 Stars -- One amazing price (file cabinet - but now lots higher); mostly competitive prices (but only because no CA sales tax); and some higher prices -- but the annoying thing is that the price today is not the price tomorrow (or even close).
* Selection & Stock: 2 Stars -- This is the "Pick N Save" of Internet shopping -- They do not have the breadth of Amazon -- but if they happen to have gotten a deal on something, it will show up for a while at a good price.
* Returns: Negative 5 Stars -- The foam tiles were terrible (for their intended use). Threw away the unit I unpacked and laid-out and returned the other five units. This return process started 11/29/15 and still no refund ($277.70). Took THREE "Jet Heads" to get the over-sized pick-up scheduled; they never got the return into their online tracking system (despite printing out their labels and putting them on the boxes); Thankfully FedEx left "Call Tag" numbers so I have proof the packages were returned and signed for; and every time I contact ****@**** (4 times now since the returns were signed for) they say yes we see they were returned and you will get an e-mail from us in a couple of days notifying you of your refund; I wait a week and repeat the process and nothing happens. Very frustrating. Their free return policy sounds fabulous until you find out that you never get your money back."

My father bought a 500GB Harddrive for my brother's Xbox 360 so he could play Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, we have been waiting for it since Christmas and it hasn't even shipped yet! I understand we ordered it on Christmas but we ordered a couple other things a long with that, but on amazon.com. We got the things from amazon within 4 days. We ordered from Jet.com to get half off price, but we would've rather payed the 20$ extra dollars to get it faster. Never ordering here again. Stick with Amazon or eBay."
"Love, love, love Jet.com! First let me say that we're an older couple who rarely ordered online with exception of Christmas time. This past Christmas I wanted to order gifts for family members so I went to Amazon - as recommended by my son. One item for my husband, Amazon offered a discount coupon but upon check-out wouldn't take their own coupon so I emailed Amazon - because you CAN'T call them! - only to have someone from who-knows-what-country phone me. After a lengthy conversation (wasted time asking him to repeat what he was saying) and a promise from this gentleman to email me a valid coupon and phone me back "in 1 to 5 minutes" to make sure I received, I waited and waited and waited. Not only DID I NOT received a call NOR the promised coupon, Amazon emailed me a satisfaction form. After filling out the form and expressing my displeasure with their FALSE PROMISES (aka LIES!) I received another call from a woman AGAIN from who-knows-what-country. Now, before you jump down my throat, let me say (1) it is extremely difficult to understand the broken English from the majority of people Amazon uses from these foreign countries and MORE IMPORTANTLY (2) the USA sure could use those jobs to employ people in our own country! After all the frustration with Amazon I decided to research whom else I could purchase my Christmas gifts from and lo-and-behold I found JET.COM. NOT ONLY did I save over $22.00 on the 4 items I ordered through JET.COM vs Amazon AND received all items with 5 days (all came from different companies throughout the US) but when I had a question I picked up the phone and CALLED JET.COM DIRECTLY - imagine that!!! I spoke to to a friendly, English-speaking AMERICAN in Utah. Then, online it states JET.COM offers 15% off your first order...oh no, they offered me 20% off my first order and they no longer charge the $50.00 yearly fee (initially the case when company began). Couldn't be happier with JET.COM. Fabulous prices, friendly, helpful customer service and it's a US based company WITH US based customer service..what more can you ask for - nothing! Since my initial order, my husband has placed 2 or 3 other orders, with the same total satisfaction. In fact, one product was defective...he phoned the JETHEADS, spoke to a Rachel, boxed the item to ship back to the company at no expense to us (per Rachel) and we're to be refunded with 10 days.

"I recently tried to place an order on Jet.Com and found when setting up my profile that they assign the city and state based on zip code. There is on serious problem with this process is that the same street address can be in 2 different cities in the same state with the county being the tie breaker. Therefore I can not shop on Jet.Com as my credit would not be approved because the bill to address is not correct on my profile. I actually live in Moore, Ok and their software defaults to Oklahoma City, OK which is incorrect and I can not change it. Also even if by some change the order went through it would be delivered to the wrong address. All other sites will default the city based on zip code but will allow the user to change it or they will asked the user to choose the city. This is not rate and effects a lot of people living in heavily populated areas. I have call their CS about 5 times and sent multiple emails to let them know about the problem yet nothing has been resolved. If JET.COM can not get this on simple issue resolved I certainly would NEVER PUT MY CREDIT CARD ON LINE WITH THIS COMPANY. If their IT staff can not solve this I would never put my TRUST in their SECURITY.."

"Was very surprised at the low cost of my order with jet, however this was short-lived. Hours after ordering my product (and being charged), my order was cancelled, with no given reason. Thankfully jet had the capacity to refund my unshipped order. I called the "Jet-heads" to ask why. I felt as if the women assisting me was not even taking down my information as she did not even ask how to spell my email, whose spelling is not obvious via speech. I was told one of their other departments would contact me about why, but this never happened. I'm not sure if my order inconvenienced Jet in anyway, but they decided to delete my account.
Moral of story, Jet's business model is very unprofessional and I cringe every time I see jet.com listed as a retailer for an item I googled."
"Unlike what others are saying (Slamazon Plants ???) I have had nothing but great experiences using JET. Free shipping from Amazon can be real slow (like 2 weeks to leave the warehouse at times) and individual merchants ship on JET. I got items from ZORO the next day.
Lets face it competition is needed in the market place. I would base judgment on your own experiences.

My first purchase was a Halloween costume... it did take a little longer to get here than expected but I got free shipping that I didn't cost me (like paying yearly for Amazon prime). My second order was two bottles of dog shampoo. I got two bottles for the price I would pay for 1 at Walmart or Amazon and it got here right on time. My last order was a HP stream laptop. I ordered it on Wednesday December 23rd and I received it on December 26th! I paid $166 and got free shipping that got here super fast! At Walmart I would have paid $199.99 + tax and Amazon I would have paid $199.99. I will continue to order from Jet.... they've made me a happy camper so far!"
"called upon receiving the wrong item and a huge discounted price. I figured they messed up or sold out because they took down the ad a few days later after I ordered, but this was not the case. Even though they knew they advertised it wrong they still sent the wrong item and hassled me over it wasting my time and lying to me about it. They simply said they ran out, so they sent me the wrong item? Also they say they operate in real time so anything that sells out will automatically update. After a long discussion they say they will get me the boot one size larger of what I wanted. This isn't even an option, it's boot sizes, one size up in boots make a huge difference and one of the guys there told me they would still probably ship the wrong item! Now a few days later I try and use they're promo code for a fishing reel, the code doesn't work so I call in to cancel the order. I have my girlfriend order the reel because it would be her first order (promo code for first time order only) and it's her idea in the first place as my gift for Christmas. So I'm able to use the promo code and when I went to use it they raised the price of the reel by $12 to offset the promo code! I can't believe this super shady practice going on here. I'm appalled"
