They deactivate accounts without informing customer and If you call them then they say account verification team will follow up with you they FEEL its their FBI.. they never call. Why you need Verification Team for simple issues?.. Rep can't fix?.. Most issues are related to coupon.. Can't they restrict at the time of applying coupon? Why Deactivate Account.. They can just cancel order and let customer know the issue.. They don't know how to build website and play with Consumers. They just think Customers are Fools.. Who think that way they can't do business.. if they continued to do this.. then soon will die. Customers are not Fools.. they will kick you out.
You can shop first time by using their promotion and kick them off. Make sure you find and compare price before placing order.. Many prices are bumped. Otherwise simply STAY AWAY and have peace of mind."

"I rarely, I mean rarely write a review and when I do it definitely because I have a strong opinion about something and also because I want to help others with my review. So far, based on MY experience, jet.com is awesome!!! I'm a big time online shopper and I try to find the best deal/coupon out there!! One thing I found perturbing at first is that I liked jet.com prices but I couldn't add a coupon unless it was my "first purchase" and I LOVE using coupons! But what I have discovered is that through jet anywhere I can accumulate jet.com credits which has worked even better than a coupon!! I mean I have been able to save tons of money and gotten items by paying nothing! This of course would only work for online shoppers who can take advantage of the jet anywhere cash back program by buying elsewhere and accumulate cash credit with jet.com. I am hooked and very happy with the program and with jet.com, specially with its customer service. I have indeed gotten the wrong item (twice), but... The item costed me nothing! So I just called, returned at no cost to me, and reordered (same or different item). Well, jet.com is definitely made for people like me I guess, because I know I will continue using them in the future, no doubt!! Go jetheads!! "

"I ordered from Jet 25th November 2015 after checking reviews online first. They sounded good and prices were competitive. My order was confirmed in good time but it was downhill from there. My order arrived but the supplier, Dazadi.com had shipped the wrong item. I refused delivery and contacted Jet who contacted Dazadi.com. They said they could no longer supply the item I ordered as they'd entered an incorrect product code so my money would be refunded. It's now Jan 15th and no refund. Jet say they are unable to do any more than keep trying as Dazadi.com are not answering their phone or e-mails. I aksed why Jet won't refund they say because they paid the seller - "we process payment once the seller advises us the goods have shipped". That's a joke, the seller shouldn't be paid until the goods are delivered. In my case, the goods were not what I ordered and stunk of seller deception. Clearly, Jet don't vet that their 3rd party sellers are honest & responsible. Never had this kind of problem from Amazon or their sellers, won't be using or recommending Jet.com anytime soon."

Reached out to customer service 3 times, was told they are waiting on response from the vendor & they had no idea when they will receive response from vendor. Asked to cancel the order and they say orders can only be canceled within first 30 minutes.

"I made a purchase on another website through the Jet Portal. My cash back would be around $100. However, when I emailed Jet.com to request the cash back, I was notified that I would not get any cash back because I used gift cards. Problem is I never had problems with cash back on this other retail website when I purchased with gift cards through ebates, Mrrebates, etc. Was told by Jet customer service it was in the terms and conditions. First of all, how many customers would read the entire terms and conditions of a website on another page? If they don't give cash back for certain purchases, they should clearly state so on the page that leads to the external retailer's website. Otherwise it will be misleading to the customers. Second, even their terms and conditions say that purchases made with gift cards may not get cash back rather than definitely no cash back. Will return my purchase and will never use Jet again. If they cannot afford giving customers 20% cash back, don't advertise as such."
"I found Jet.com through a link on my friends christmas list. How easy it was to order the item. But then the item never showed up. Tracking information indicated that it had never been shipped. On my second call to Jet they cancelled the order since it had been 10 business days with no action by the supplier. They could not reorder the item because it was not longer in stock. They gave me a $20.00 credit for my trouble, as I would have restart christmas shopping for my friend. I waited for a refund on my credit card which they said would take 10-14 business days.
In the mean time I ordered a comparable but slightly better item from another company. It cost me about 30% more but now I was in a christmas time crunch. A little over week after my order had been cancelled a package arrived on my porch. The item that I had ordered before Thanksgiving was now on Dec. 14th sittiing on my doorstep. And of course no credit to my bank card yet.
I returned the item the monday after New Years ,as who has time to go the slammed Fedex stores before Christmas. They original shipper has had the item for a week, but I've been told that I will need to again wait 10-14 business days to get my bank card credited.
Everytime I called Jet they were very friendly and polite, but that hasn't compensated for all the aggrevation and effort that has accompanied this order. I've invested a lot of time in something that gave me absolutely no benefit.
I doublt I will ever order from them again even though I have a $20.00 credit.

"What a bad experience! First time order from them...price match policy was a joke, you got to buy first and send email with price adjustment request. Whether it approved or not its up to them, in my case they dont approve it because the store is not one of 500 stores they match (I asked list of store they match, they cant give that info..very funny). This is a TRUSTED big store, if you dont match that...you aint match anything much. Also the CS were rude, despite acknowledge coworker stated wrong info...just wont offer to fix it. Customer service admitted that this was a problem and their fault, and they still refused to honor the discount. Bait and switch. Totally unethical. "I was EXTREMELY hesitant when buying my first item from Jet.com. After reading some of the reviews, I didn't want my account just "vanishing", or my order canceled. But buying this item from Jet saved me about 80 bucks with a coupon compared to other stores. So, I did it anyway and hoped for the best. Tracking was available the next day, and I tracked it all the way home. I made the order late Monday and it was in my hands that Friday afternoon. My package turned out fine. There wasn't any torn, or any noticeable marks on it like other reviews have stated. What hurts Jet.com the most however, is their customer service. It's a hit or miss. I've talked to a couple of customer service representatives with some general questions, and they just simply aren't as nice as their counterparts. You can assure other places like amazon with 99% amazing customer service. This would be the only reason why I wouldn't buy from them in the future. So conclusion? If you have a coupon, go ahead and save money and buy from Jet. But if it's about the same price as other stores like amazon? Then go with amazon. "
"This site has the worst customer service! Under cutting sites like Amazon, I can't imagine their profits being very big. With their terrible customer service and their spam mail blasting, I don't think customers will return. I had a terrible experience. "Order a Western Digital Hard drive on December 28, and never received it. Tracking the order it was shipped by NewEgg.com and not Jet.com (they must have some kind of deal with Newegg.com) and UPS lost the order in transit. I made many calls to both UPS and Jet.com and still have no hard drive. They said in another week my credit card would be refunded and I could reorder the item again. The price has since goes up quite a bit in the last two weeks. I said forget the refund and just reship at the price I paid. I am told they can't do that, I have to wait another week, three weeks total and then pay I much higher price for the item. This was my first and last order with Jet.com, for a company that is trying to compete with Amazon.com I can tell you they are no Amazon.com. I bought over $40,000 dollars of items from Amazon last year alone and one call or email and another one would have been sent right out."
"Wow what a bad experience. I have to say, ordering from Jet.com is like travelling into an eCommerce time machine. If you miss the days when you would place an order and have no idea what's happening, when it will arrive or if it will arrive, Jet.com is your kind of store. The problem with Jet.com is that there is no transparency whatsoever. I can't speak for experiences when Jet.com is fulfilling or one of their good third-party companies handles fulfillment (are there any) but that doesn't matter because not all of them are good and you will have NO idea who is fulfilling when you buy.
If you're going to put on a "2-5 business day" estimate then send it off to a third party who won't ship for weeks and still stand by that estimate? Come on. A lot of people seem to be forgiving Jet.com in these instances, blaming the third-party but who do you think selected these shady companies to fulfill for Jet? Where is the quality control?
I've placed 5 orders at other companies after my Jet.com order (some 3-4 days after) and all of them have shipped. I've even received 3 already. Come on.
I will say, however, their customer service responds really fast but they have no idea what's going on and response times mean diddly when you can't get products into customer hands. "
