"Locked my account without notice and cancelled my order"
"Ordered an Asus MeMO 8 on January 15th. Good price with the first time discount. However, the buying experience went down hill from there. On the 20th they claimed it shipped from Adorama. I didn't receive it until the 26th. That's not two to five business days no matter how you look at it.
Adorama's shipping method is atrocious. Shipping a fragile item in a shrink-wrapped bag with no padding? I'm amazed it got here in one piece.
Funny that my brother ordered a tablet from jet two days earlier and got it from Amazon through jet in two days in a nicely padded Amazon box.
Next time it's Amazon no matter how good jet prices are."

"When I ordered from Jet.com, I was excited and having high hopes for this company. I ordered few items at the same time. What they do is fulfill the order from different sellers that they ship directly to the customer and you can actually see the seller name on the order page. I wish that jet will have a better quality in picking up seller "Limited Goods" was one of them. It took more than the stated time to arrive 5-7 business day and when it finally arrived one item was missing from the package. When contacting Jet they didnt know what happened and contacted the seller to ship the missing item, they didnt offer expedite shipping and when item finally arrived it was 20 days from order date. Its not a good start for a company that is building its reputation which makes me nervous that they have my CC info."

"I needed a new portable dishwasher and, after looking at lots of stores, Jet.com was one of the lower prices and after the new member coupon was much less (the next lowest was about $110 more but I would have also had to pay 8.75% sales tax on top of the higher price). I placed the order and, while it showed a 2-5 day ship time pretty much assumed that was wrong as it would be shipping via freight line.
Then I read these reviews and waited for problems and the seemingly inevitable cancellation. After a week I called for status; the guy who answered said he'd follow up and let me know. The next day I got an order delayed noticed (not a cancellation, at least). After another 5 days I called again to see if I should expect it to be shipped; the woman who answered said she would follow up with the fulfillment vendor. About 4 hours later I received a shipping notification. The delay was apparently caused by the vendor waiting to receive the item to ship--if I'd ordered directly from them, maybe the communication would have been better (don't really know, and their listed price was $160 more than I paid Jet).
So the dishwasher shipped from NY six days ago and arrived this morning in Northern CA at 6:30 AM. I'd contacted the shipping vendor to add white glove delivery (extra cost over Jet pricing: $40). Probably the most stressful part of the whole process was thinking the order would probably be cancelled because of all of these reviews. "
"My orders were both cancelled after I called back to verify everything. I practically photocopied front and back of credit card for them. And they still cancelled without notice. They then locked me out of my account without notice. And when I tried to log in my password just didn't work. Didn't bother to tell me I was locked out. Wasted hours resetting it and trying again. I called them multiple times and the reply was "the verification team is looking into it and will get back to you". They never did get back to me. This was all over a week ago. "
"I was quite surprised about the negative reviews I have read. I have made 3 seperate purchases and everything went as expected and arrived on time without any damage.
All I can say...is I'm surprised. I will continue to use them until I have a issue. I will re-post if I have any negative issues with Jet. At this time, I highly recommend them. Great prices and on-time delivery has been my experience."

"I used Jet.com for the first time on 2016-01-12 (wee hours of the morning), buying a Brother ADS-2000 document scanner. At the time, it was listed on Amazon for $299.99 yet only $259.99 on Jet. Order process went smoothly, and I was able to use a 20% off first order coupon bringing my total down to $204 (including return waiver discount). I received my order confirmation email, which listed PCRush.com as the supplier. The PCRush website priced the same unit @ over $300, so I fully expected my order to be cancelled or unable to be fulfilled (similar to other reviews). I checked the order status often, expecting to see a negative update though it kept reading 'in process'...
All day on the 12th there was no update on my order. Then, no joke, the next morning (13th) the scanner was at my door (before 9a). Several hours later I got an email from Jet announcing my order had shipped (even though it was already delivered)! Turns out PCRush is a PA based company that is only a couple hours away from me.
Tl:dr - next day shipping, almost $100 cheaper than Amazon AC, wouldn't hesitate to buy from again"
"I ordered a pair of beats for my daughter because hers broke and the kind she had were discontinued by manuf. I ordered them on Wed. received them the following Tues. They were not the ones I ordered they were a cheaper pair. I called jet they sent me a return label and said as soon as they received them back they would expedite my refund and would take the ad off because they didn't know if their distributor had the correct ones and they couldn't check. They did not take the ad down. They received the headphones today and now the same manager is saying he never said he would expedite the refund and that it is going to take 10 to 14 days. I ordered the headphones from amazon got them in 2 days and they are exactly what I order. Save time order from amazon, they actually deliver what they advertise and if you change your mind they issue a refund as soon as you mail it back. Jet is a joke!!!!!"
"i used the new customers promotion code twice, one for myself, one for my husband. then jet.com banned my account said that i violated the policy. they closed my account, with $150 jetcash credit in it. totally trash, jet.com you can never beat amazon!"
"Ten work days after placing my order, no product. I called after 5 business days and my shipment hadn't made it to UPS, although UPS had a packing slip printed out. The call ended with assurance that someone would get back to me. No one did.
I waited until yesterday, another 5 business days out. Same story exactly.
Today I called and got... the same story, but asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor was unable to be found?! I am waiting to hear from the supervisor. I sure hope I can spend my entire day waiting for his call.
When I asked for my money back, they let me know it would be another 3 business days (there's a weekend in there) until I got my money back. This is not a refund, Jet. You never gave me my product. I have lost money because I haven't gotten my product and will continue to do so until I can get what I need.
--- So I called them back, again, finally got a supervisor. My funds hit Jet almost instantaneously and they will not ship until payment is received. Although they know I have not gotten my product, it will still take 14 days to get my money back. Brown nosing the answer doesn't make things right.
The only worse company I have ever dealt with was my cable company.

"Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I don't typically write reviews but feel the need to warn others. Among the issue:
- Shipping said 2-5 days and at the end of 5 days I still had not received any kind of shipping confirmation or tracking number.
- Incompetent customer service who can never provide any answers other than canned responses
- Told repeatedly that "we are a new company" as an excuse on why they couldn't provide information or follow-through on anything they said.
- They are nothing more than a middleman and blame everything on the other company who is actually fulfilling the order (in this case Cymax Stores)
