"I have been trying to get an order cancelled because it has not shipped within their time window. It is also out of stock at their vendor. I am in receipt of twenty Emails, all giving excuses and all refusing to cancel the order. They say when I receive the order I can return it with no shipping cost to me. However, I can't get a shipping date from them. Meanwhile there is a pending charge of $180.00 on my credit card. Apparently, once you order something from Jet you can never cancel, no matter how long they are out of stock. This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with.

"I am really not sure why there is negative review of jet.com. I purchased 3 times from jet.com more than 10 + products and i am completely satisfied with the product and service. All got delivered on time. The price is at least 20 % cheaper for most of the products from amazon.. i don't know how jet does it but simply wow.. One of the product came as defective and with out much question they were ready to accept the return but i opted for the replacement of defective part which i got it in 2 days..Only the tracking might be a bit difficult coz i think it comes from different vendors and multiple shipping companies... I am really happy with my purchase and recommended to my friends.."

"WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. It's been a week since I placed my order and I still have no shipping information when it's supposed to be delivered in 3-7 days. And what's WORSE...they can't track your order, they can't cancel your order, they can't resubmit your order and they can't seem to get a hold of their own business partners who are supposedly shipping your item. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY!"

"All we can say is we are very disappointed. We purchased a specialty sink from jet.com. Have the expectation it would be the same quality as Amazon.com, we felt comfortable in the order. However, when the sink arrived the packaging was less than adequate. Upon opening, the sink was in six pieces - absolutely shattered. In addition the sink was not close to being the quality described on jet's website. It came from a third party vendor with no return information, address or phone number. When we contacted jet, the customer service person, sympathetic to our issue as we really need a sink for the holidays, basically told us he was sorry, could not guaranty a delivery date but would be happy to reorder the item for us. He also said any refund would be handled by the vendor upon the return of the item to the vendor. It could be two plus weeks for that to happen, but most likely longer because of the holidays. Suddenly the cost of the Amazon Prime membership became even more reasonable, affordable and a must have.

Obviously Jet has not vetted its vendors. The information on the sink we received was extremely misleading. In a way, we might be fortunate the sink came in the condition it did. Who knows how long it would have held up under normal use.

No, we won't be using Jet again. The cost of the sink, the in convince of having to take the sink to a fed-ex facility (we live in a rural location) and the desperate situation we find ourselves in in having to now find a sink before company arrives is bad enough, but the fact Jet will not issue the refund even upon our taking the sink to fed-ex is discouraging. The possibility of a two plus week delay - unacceptable.

"I felt like I needed to write this review because credit is due where credit is due. I ordered a gift from jet.com about 3 days ago because they had the most insanely cheap price for my particular item. That was before I read all of the reviews on here. After I read all of these reviews about being shipping the wrong product or not receiving a product at all and not getting refunds, I felt like I was going to have a panic attack lol. I was so freaked out, I called and talked to Spencer at Jet.com and asked when my package would ship since their site doesn't tell you an expected arrival date. He told me there was no way to know but that it should ship within 24 to 48 hours. He was right on the money. 3 days later, I have my item in hand; the right item! So for me, Jet.com saved me almost $100 and I couldn't be happier. If it wasn't for jet.com then my son would not be getting the number gift on his list. I hope they stick around for awhile."

"Dont order from jet.com!!! I placed an order from them on the 3rd still haven't received my items, that are supposed to be for my niece and nephew in Spain. Thier father was stationed hes in the military its hard enough not seeing them, So I ordered exactly what they wanted for Christmas but they wont be getting it cause I dont even have it! Which makes me very dissatisfied..The delivery dates have changed 3 times."

"On December 2nd I ordered two items (my 6th or 7th order from Jet), which included a case of Arizona Tea. It advertised that it would be delivered within 3-5 days. After I received the other item on the order I realized that the tea had not arrived yet. When I checked Jet's website it showed that an order had been entered and was awaiting shipping. Two calls later (talking to 'JetHeads'), they still can't figure out what happened.
I finally called them and told them to just cancel the order and refund my money. They told me that they would send another email to the 3rd party provider of the tea (since they were out of stock) and it would be up to 3 or 4 days to get a response from them. I told them that they were pretty quick to take my money but now they can't cancel it or return my money. The twenty seven dollars isn't going to break me but what if it had been a large purchase? I am still waiting for Jet to decide to give my money back The JetHead actually told me "Sir, if we just gave everybody their money back it would cause Jet to be unprofitable!". Oh, and they can't re-order because the item has been dropped! Is that really customer service? Amazon would have refunded in a second! Well, if you want to take a chance on them ...go for it...I think I'm done with them.

**When you shop with Jet:**

* Save a pdf of the original ad displayed during your purchase

* Pdf the original item from NewEgg detailing matching specs.

* Pdf your account confirmation and e-mail confirmations.

* Pdf your bank statement reflecting the charge.

* When Jet commits fraud against you, pdf the e-mail you send Jet saying "I ordered item-x, received item-y. Send me the item ordered or refund my money for the item sold you refuse to send me." and their response saying "hurr durr we think we're above the law".

* Organize the files in a folder with sequential file names.

* Right click folder, send to Zip.

In your report commentary state that you've suffered "deceptive trade practices, mail fraud, and unsolicited fraud". **FYI:** You never need to return an item you did not solicit, it is a gift.
Being charged for an item you did not order is [illegal](https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/investigations/mailfraud/fraudschemes/othertypes/unsolicitedfraud.aspx). The company either has the option to refund you your money or send you the item you ordered. It is [illegal](https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/business-guide-ftcs-mail-internet-or-telephone-order) for a US company to dun you for merchandise you did not order or refuse you refund in place of merchandise you never received. Jet actually vendors the items as they themselves purchase from others and resell as the vendor.

"I was skeptical after seeing low prices, free shipping, and a few poor reviews, but they had the item I wanted super cheap and free shipping, so I decided to give it a try ... Got my item extremely fast, exactly as ordered, and cheaper than anywhere else! I was very happy!

"Very unprofessional company, they use bait and switch techniques. I purchased a freezer that I thought was a good price and was excited about receiving it. After about a week, there was no updates on it, so I emailed jet and they informed me that the freezer is not shipped yet. Then I received a second email stating that my order was canceled because the product is no longer available. First of all, its still listed on their site as being available and second, they could have told me right away instead of wasting my time. Will never buy from them again. "

"I was able to save $15.01 on my first order. The only downside is that the items are sold by re-sellers and they tend to take their time to ship. I was expecting a delivery today, but they shipped my item 2 days later than what was stated, so I will gave to wait a couple of more days. I actually had to contact Jet customer service and they in-turn contacted the seller to ship my item. Customer service was fantastic."

"Haha What's going on with this place!! Cancel almost every order I make and what a waste of time offering prices they can't honor. All I get is Call the "Jet Heads" your order has been canceled, more like call these morons they have no idea what they are selling and with all third person fulfillment you have no idea what your going to get or in my case never get anything...."

"Order a Christmas present on Thanksgiving day. Site indicates ships in 3 to 7 days. As of today, they have not shipped and have no idea when it will be shipped. My first inquiry was responded with a snarky message of "you ordered on Thanksgiving Day." What does that have to do with anything when 2 weeks later, the order is still in processing. Second email just gives you the we are so sorry song and dance. The site notes their supplier is Panasonic and if you go to their website, the item is in stock and ready for shipment. Not sure why Jet.com cannot get this shipped. Will NEVER buy from again. "
