"I have truly enjoyed every experience with Joybird and their customer service team! In 2017, we ordered the Levi Loveseat and the Eliot Apartment Sectional with Bumper. The moment the couches were in our house, I realized I had made a mistake with the Eliot – it was too small for our space. I called as soon as the movers were gone, and Joybird was phenomenal! They allowed us to KEEP the Eliot for several months while our new Levi Sectional was being made at no charge. Even though the mistake was MINE! Fast forward to now. We have 3 cats – one that is older. She ruined two of the cushions on the sectional this week. We knew Joybird would help. Of course they did! Jonathan was quick to help us place a replacement order for cushions. Where else can you do this for a sofa? It's eased our minds and enabled us to care for our pet. "I was worried when they said they had a fabric that would prevent our cats from scratching. I thought oh, no it's going to be steel or something crazy. There's no way! But, our chair is free from scratch marks! It's in a color I love, I could afford it and I don't have to drape it with blankets on the ends to avoid my little guys from tearing it apart...unlike my couch (different story, sad story... poor couch, not Joybird). Plus Joybird has sent us fun gifts that are so sweet and no one has done that with our furniture purchases before (looking at you Macy's!). "

"I was very nervous about buying a couch online but it was the best decision I made. They style and fabric I wanted (velvet) I couldn’t find any where. I requested swatches and received them promptly. Once I ordered they updated me by email every step of the way. It was delivered when they said it would be. The gentleman that set it up were great. I got 2 Liam chairs in the evergreen velvet. These chairs are huge! And the Liam sleeper sofa. The fabric it so rich looking and soft. This is a firm couch and chair. My daughter states it so beautiful it makes the rest of the house look shabby. I love that I can curl up in the chair completely. I have a multitude of cats and 4 dogs. I should have gone with the pet safe fabric but that’s not what I wanted so I got their extended warranty. It covers everything from spills to cat scratches. So far I’ve not had to use it but feel better knowing I have it. I would definitely buy from them again. I did read some of the negative reviews and it made me nervous so I inspected each piece during setup closely. Everything was perfect. "

"I love the styles they offer, that was what drove me to buy in the first place. I purchased the Korver in gray. The fact they tell you which fabrics stand up to pets is also very helpful. The sofa itself, has had its share of hiccups. When it first arrived, it squeaked and was missing the middle leg. Joybird immediately sent out the leg and got a repair person over to fix the sofa. Ideally you wouldn't need a repair person for a new sofa, but it was fixed and I was happy. About a year later one of the tufted buttons popped off and again, Joybird got it fixed and made things right. I can't say enough about how absolutely great the service is. The sofa has stood up to a very furry dog thus far and still has a lot of life in it but the reason I will buy from Joybird again is the fact they have always gone the extra mile."

"We ordered this couch about a year ago and it has stood up to two dogs and lots of use. Loved all the different fabric options available. Customer service is friendly and easy to deal with.

Delivery was little frustrating since the freight company they used only delivered to our area one day a week and could not give us an estimated time of arrival, not really Joybird's fault and still worth it for the great couch."

"I ordered two couches and two chairs in July of last year. One chair arrived broken and both couches were missing the front middle caster leg. I finally received a new chair frame last month (6 months after initial order). This week I received 6 'new' caster legs, to replace the now broken ones (because they were under too much pressure because the couches was short a leg) I go to put them on and find the hole drilled in the couches for that leg are WAY OFF! Not to mention all 6 of the 'new' replacements are damaged. Now (7 months later) I have emailed for a discount and also am requesting regular legs instead of the poorly made caster legs, that I doubt will make it 6 months. Still no response from the company. Could not be more disappointed. "
