"I bought the Briar sofa for a new home and it's perfect. It's sturdy and well-made. Assembly took no time. The only thing I wish could have been better is how long it took to ship. I know high quality furniture takes awhile, but it would be better if more items were ready to ship at the time of purchase. This sofa was well worth the wait though."
"We’ve had our Joybird couch for about a year-and-a-half now and it still looks as great as the day we bought it. That, despite two kids and plenty of binge-watching. Considering that our previous couch was significantly more expensive from a “big name” retailer and yet wasn’t half as durable I was already sold on Joybird. But the real clincher was when our old cat decided he couldn’t wait to get the litter box and peed all over one of the big cushions. We didn’t notice for hours and by then the stench had really set in so eventually we realized the cushion had to be replaced. I called up the Joybird folks afraid of what they might say and even though they don’t even sell this model on the website any more they were *incredibly* helpful and long story short we’re looking forward to many more cat-pee-free days ahead with our sofa. "My Eliot Sleeper Sofa (in Cordova Eclipse) arrived Saturday - so far I am very happy with it. I had guests sleep on the mattress the night it arrived and they said it was very comfortable. It did take a long time to arrive, though - I placed the order November 26, 2019, and the sofa was ultimately delivered on January 11, 2020. I expected a fairly long wait time based on the estimates I received when I placed the order and the holidays. However, I didn't get a lot of communication from Joybird throughout the process, which is the bigger problem for me - I was promised contact within three days once the sofa arrived at the regional distribution center on December 23, and eleven days later still had not heard anything - it took an email and several phone calls from me until the ball was rolling again."

The process to order was easy, I loved having so many options (and getting a swatch so I could really pay attention and choose carefully what I wanted!) "We love our joybird couches. Although we ended up with a fabric that was not labeled as a pet friendly one, it has held up very well to kitty claws and kitty fur. There is some slight sagging on the seats from use, but no other signs of heavy use. Highly recommend: very nice looking furniture, excellent install and delivery services, cat approved. It was a choice between some Article furniture and these, and the Joybird pieces won out for their extra large size and great color."

"We spent weeks researching couches for our family/media room, we finally decided to go with the Bryant collection from joybird based on reviews. We could not be happier with our purchase. Ordering was extremely easy (they even send you samples of every fabric they have). Delivery was superb, actually they delivered over a month before the expected delivery. The company they use was fabulous and the couch is the most comfortable piece of furniture we have ever owned. It fits our family of 4 with room for at least 3 more. This is not a formal type of couch, this is made for comfort. "
"This is a review for the Hyland loveseat in royal blush.
I ordered this loveseat in late October / received it in early December. Giving it 3 stars because it's BEAUTIFUL, my dream shade of pink, and comfy as hell......but there are definitely issues:
1. The couch smells AWFULLLLLLL! It has a really nasty/musty smell that rubs off on everything that touches the sofa.
and
2. Joybird included the wrong size screws for the sofa legs, and said it wouldn't be able to ship me new parts until DECEMBER 27TH. Absolutely INSANE!
AND after that, I found that two of the holes in the bottom of the couch were not drilled properly, so two of the original legs can't be installed.
Thankfully, I'm a resourceful and overly-optimistic b*tch. I sure as hell wasn't gonna wait a whole damn month to sit on my sofa, so I ended up ordering pre-made sofa legs on Amazon. They only need one-hole for each sofa corner (as opposed to Joybird's two holes / screws), and they fit AWESOMELY. Thank god!
As for the awful smell....I'm going to try and spray it with a water/vinegar mixture, and maybe use some baking soda. Praying that it gets out!
*A bonus crappy sidenote: The delivery workers contracted by Joybird (La-Z-Boy), seem super fed up with and abused by the company. According to my delivery guy, they constantly receive couches with missing parts and can never get in touch with Joybird / get good communication with them. Joybird is also not clear with their delivery standards. They don't deliver past 3 floors PRIOR to the room of your choice (so if you live in a 4+ floor apt—with no elevator—you're sh*t outta luck for delivery). Luckily, my delivery workers were ANGELS and walked my sofa all the way up to my 4th floor unit—no extra charge. But that has NOT been the case with other customers. I've read stories of $100+ fees for extra floor deliveries. It's messed up!

"I would like to say I love my Lucca bed but I have yet to use it. I ordered MONTHS ago and finally our reno is done & guess what - queen slats for a king bed. Let’s start with the misinformation- I submitted an online inquiry asking about holding off building but securing my order at the promo price, I waited 5 days no reply; submitted order before promo ended; finally got reply after order & back/forth convo basically saying “can’t hold production“ but I could pay a small fee after 30 days to have JBHunt store locally. Order ships & arrives locally at JBHunt- Joybird now says they will pay only for 10 days of storage & each day after is $18 cost to me ($6/day/box) even JBHunt says excessive, so I’m forced to have the $95 “white glove delivery” to my basement unassembled since my room isn’t finished. Now, room is finally ready so we pull bed pieces from the basement to set up the bed and all slats don’t reach rails of both sides- they are for a queen when we bought a king. I send an email & again am told online inquiries are replied on a first-in-first-out basis (that same thing started the problems months ago) so I call & they inform me it’s now a warranty issue which takes time to resolve. Ok, let me just go ahead and BUY the correct slats so I can use my bed - sorry we don’t sell them. WHAT?! The rails are built to accommodate their milled slats and not standard lumber - so now I can’t use this bed that I bought MONTHS ago on BAD information from a company who doesn’t honor their mess up or even sell me the solution. Joybird touts themselves as a tech savvy process solution for “customized” home furnishings but has no willingness to think or problem solve outside of their tech-savvy ABC process when customers are faced with CBA scenarios. I am forced to await a “warranty issue” resolution which nobody can say WHEN will be resolved, can’t tell me if the new “order” for slats is as listed as “slat” or an actual set of slats (one slat won’t provide a platform), or since it’s an unconventional item listed as being “built” when it will ship but “should ship sooner”, tell me that it can’t be expedited ...on-and-on. I really wanted to like Joybird, bought over $5,000 in furniture & like the idea of their business model, read loads of amazing reviews but geez I wish I hadn’t. I just want to finally sleep in my bed after 3 months and this company is placing process they value in the way of solutions to what should be an easily rectified series of problems."
