"The sofa was missing a bolt upon delivery and we were told to go to a hardware store to get one. After getting a bolt none of the bolts/legs would thread into the bottom of the sofa. After calling the delivery driver back to ask for assistance, he hing up on me. I went to the hardware store three times and eventually had to re-thread the holes on the bottom of the sofa using a special tool in order to get the legs to go on. "

"The driver came to my building and then left I could see they were in the area via the tracking. I called all the customer support numbers emails text with Joy. Bird couldn’t get a hold of anybody eight hours straight. It says the couch is delivered. It is not trying again the next day to contact anybody at all response no response, customer service really disappointed. Looking forward to receiving this couch for a long time. Very bad experience. "One of the reasons we selected this brand was the ship date said 4 weeks when we built the sofa we wanted. Now when we checked in the progress it said the expected ship date is now 8 weeks. Twice as long. We would have purchased a sofa somewhere else if we knew that. "
