"The end of season sale has amazing discounts. However, there seems to be some IT issues because when you add pillows to your order it raises the price of everything in your cart. So then you have to buy the pillows separately charging an additional shipping and handling fee which I was told could not be waived. There was also a rug we wanted but the system kept giving us an error message and we could not add the rug. The system error was fixed but we could not add the rug to the order we already placed and instead we would need to pay an additional shipping fee. "
