However, when the couch arrived the chaise portion was a completely different leather treatment and color than the rest of the couch. It also did not have the product tag attached, it seemed like a return or something. We send numerous photos and spent time with customer service and they would not address the issue. We now have to return and work with a more established brand for our couch. Avoid! "

"Bought a sofa from joybird - the frame broke after a month. They replaced it, but the replacement broke in the same place within a year. Wildly cheap materials is all they use.
Save yourself the headache and the money. Their pictures are cute but they cut corners in their production and sell you flimsy, crappy furniture that doesn’t even last a year."
"You need to take a look at your return and cancellation terms. They are not in line with competitors or other retailers. 35% restock fee to cancel and in stock item before it ships is insane. We were hit hard by Helene and I need to pull the trigger fast, but then needed to change the order 48 hours later. What another hit to find out we were going to lose $1k+ if we canceled out order. I would have never purchased had I seen that prior to ordering. "
