Crappy delivery estimate

"You pushed my delivery date out a month, and made it during a week in traveling. Very disappointed in the initial order delay of over a month, and now it’s two dang months from order to delivery. That’s not great these days when consumers are used to overnight delivery. "

Worst purchase I’ve ever made

"Bought a sofa from joybird - the frame broke after a month. They replaced it, but the replacement broke in the same place within a year. Wildly cheap materials is all they use.

Save yourself the headache and the money. Their pictures are cute but they cut corners in their production and sell you flimsy, crappy furniture that doesn’t even last a year.

Terms

"You need to take a look at your return and cancellation terms. They are not in line with competitors or other retailers. 35% restock fee to cancel and in stock item before it ships is insane. We were hit hard by Helene and I need to pull the trigger fast, but then needed to change the order 48 hours later. What another hit to find out we were going to lose $1k+ if we canceled out order. I would have never purchased had I seen that prior to ordering. "

Excellent all around

"Joybird is a terrific store with high quality, good value, great looking products & so many options in styles, fabrics & colors. We visited the West Hollywood store and Spencer was incredibly helpful & gave us outstanding design suggestions. After purchasing a sofa & storage ottoman for our living room, we went back a couple of days later & worked with Spencer again to get a few more pieces for the living room & a sofa bed for a guest bedroom."
