"I ordered the Holt Modular sectional with high expectations. The estimated delivery date was late Nov. I received and update stating the piece was delayed and would not be ready until Jan. I was so disappointed and really needed it before Christmas. I called and was told the fabric I selected was not in stock which is what caused the delay. The associate I spoke with was very helpful with assisting me with a cancellation and full refund.
I called back a week later to see what color/fabrics were available. I was greeted by another associate who took the time to help me select a different option. He did a virtual call with me and showed me the wall of fabrics and put in a new order for me. The estimated delivery is now mid Dec or right before Christmas. Fingers crossed that it comes in time."
"Please read the small print when purchasing from the company. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will then be charged a 35% restocking fee before the ink is dry. Also, if you decide when it is delivered to the warehouse locally that the furniture will not work before you actually physically receive the items, you will then be charged 50%. There is no wiggle room with this policy. They do not care.
These are the most restrictive company policies I've ever encountered. Read the BBB (Better Business Bureau) reviews in how this company deals especially with these specific issues and/or if the delivered items need to be repaired or are found to be defective from the get-go. They also don't take responsibility for significant delays yet hold the customer hostage if you change your mind after 24 hours.
I would think very carefully before ordering from them EVER.
