"I sent a cancellation email cause I needed a different size, next day I get an email that the shipment got moved up 3 weeks and is on it’s way. Called and there’s nothing they can do except charge me a 25% cancellation fee and give me a return label. Great, now I gotta ship this big a** rug.
Then to add insult to injury, I was scrolling on Pinterest and I found the exact same rug being sold elsewhere online for 200$ cheaper!!!

2. Poor communication from the delivery support representative I've been in contact with; huge lack of empathy when I explained the situation and what I was asking help for (recommendations for what other NYC customers do re: deliveries)
3. The delivery support representative communicated vaguely and gave false reassurance—specifically, "It'll be super easy to reschedule your delivery! It's best to lock in a time now." After locking in a time and looking to reschedule, she told me I would have to call back into the support line (reference point #1) 4 days after the missed delivery to reschedule a new delivery date. I wish I knew this ahead of time before booking a delivery time, but the process was not properly laid out."
