"We had been looking for a long time for a sofa that would fit our needs. Finally, we found that Joybird ticked all of the boxes. We ordered the Holt Grand Sectional, armless chair, and single arm chair. This allowed us the flexibility to configure the sofa how we want (and change it up for the future as well). We have dogs so it was important to find a durable sofa with stain-resistant fabric that would hold up over time. We also wanted a sofa large enough to comfortably lay down on, stretch out, and enjoy.
At every step along the way, we were kept apprised of the status of the order. We liked that there are several ways (text, phone, email) to get in touch with Joybird regarding any questions.
When the sofa arrived, it was delivered to the requested location in the house, unpacked, and all packing supplies removed. We found that one of the cushions wasn't firm like the others, so we contacted customer service. They were able to order a replacement for us right away.
We are very pleased with Joybird's service and highly recommend them. "

"I was horrified when the delivery men left and I put the pillows (that they had left on the floor) onto the couch. The bench cushion was cut to the wrong size, it had bizarre corners that stuck straight out. I tried to turn the cushion around, but there was a zipper on the other side. I was going to see if they put the cover on the wrong way, but it didn't fit that way either. At closer inspection the frame was build crooked and there was batting wadded up under the fabric at the front of one of the arms. The seams were crooked and the stitching so sloppy that there was a large gap in some of the seams. When I took pictures and sent it to customer service they refused to admit there was anything wrong with the couch. When I scheduled a pick up, the 3rd party delivery service never confirmed and it took me over 2 hr on the phone before anyone from customer service would help (only after I threatened to dump it on the street and film all the terrible workmanship and put it on social media . . . only then did they MAGICALLY consent to call to schedule a pick up). Low quality work + terrible customer service = NEVER AGAIN"

"I lobe the look and style of the furniture. I order almost 4k worth of it in fact in November and wanted to order a bedroom set about now too. They were responsive with updates (I thought), super friendly and helpful (I thought) and I was super excited I found them. Well, it is now almost April and I still have no furniture. I have had to try and chat several times, and send several emails to get a reply and see what is happening. It's been radio silence since February. When they finally DO reply, they are super kind and nice- but I never get a solid answer. I just learned today that two of the tables I ordered over 4 months ago are no longer available- and that is what was holding p my entire order? Needless to say I am very disappointed, I sold all my living room furniture based on the shipment dates I was promised and confirmed months ago more than once. So now, I sit on hardwood floors waiting to figure out when my living room will arrive. I gave then 2 stars because maybe, just maybe I will love the furniture so much it will be worth it. But it better be awesome and better happen quick because it's already way past due and they never let me know. Fingers crossed still. "

"Thrilled with the options and designs. I searched everywhere for a brick and mortar that carried this type of furniture...but eventually bite the bullet and took the chance on an on-line company. We hit a few snags (delivery - but that could happen with any company) and a quality issue (tufted button not secured). So far customer service has been 98% awesome....not bad! If you love fun colors and mid century design - take the chance! You’ll be glad you did!"

"The shopping experience was great. I did reach out to the customer service about the shipping process and they were very helpful. I love my pieces. Great overall quality. I was concerned about the chair legs. The delivery guys installed them for me, one out of four legs on each of my three pieces were "manufactured wrong". I sent the guys off and looked at them myself. The driver had a drill and wasn't threading them correctly. I did have to go to the hardware store for new bolts. I found an exact replacement myself and fixed the issue. I didn't reach out to Joyird about this because it wasn't their fault. I feel confident that they would have found a way to make it right. I will buy more from them but I will be the one to put any legs on my beautiful furniture. Thanks for the thoughtful gift!"
