"We purchased this couch a little over two years ago. It's been my favorite piece of furniture in our house. Not only is it well made and gorgeous, it's also super comfortable. Last week our aging dog had a giant accident on the cushions. I called Joybird hoping beyond hope that I could replace the cushions without having to replace the entire couch. "Honest assessment of ordering from Joybird. I ordered a beautiful custom couch on January 3. Since it's custom, I knew it would take a long time to get to me. Was so excited to get shipment confirmation. Had a very frustrating experience scheduling delivery, but was still super excited. Delivery rescheduled due to weather. Finally, today, I go home at lunch to meet my delivery. To my horror, there are no legs on the couch. I called Joybird. The representative I spoke to simply informed me that it would take 4-6 weeks for legs to be made and shipped to me. There was no manager for me to speak to. I'm disappointed I didn't get the beautiful couch I ordered, but I'm more disappointed that @Joybird just did not care in the least about a customer's poor experience. 1.5 months after ordering I'm left with no couch and I'm out the $40 I spent on wasted cab fare today."
