"We are extremely happy with our Joybird Briar Sleeper Sectional. We were searching for the perfect sofa for quite a while and looked into all the companies one thinks of when shopping for sofas in this price range. We also had an American Leather sofa previously, and we were worried that any sofa we purchased wouldn't measure up, as an equivalent model from that company would have cost twice the price. Well, we are happy to say that we've been proven wrong. The Briar Sectional is extremely plush for a pullout sofa, and with the chaise, my fiance and I can both lie down. He has fallen asleep on the sofa multiple times (no pullout needed). The fabric (Synergy Pewter) appears durable (we've only had the sofa for about a week) and is quite soft.

The only "issue" I'd say we had was that the sofa took a while to be delivered. With that said, it came within three days of the scheduled delivery date and we received what amounted to weekly updates on the sofa's assembly process. When the sofa was delivered, it came first thing in the morning and the process was seamless. So, I'd chalk this up to poor planning on our part. In sum, the quality of the sofa is superb and Joybird was a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend the sofa without hesitation to anyone who asks. If you are in the NY area, the store in Brooklyn is also a great resource and the staff is extremely helpful."
