"My Liam sleeper sofa in sunbrella navy is a great addition to my new home. It is a high quality piece that I am confident will last for many years. They are communicative and had a fast customer service experience for whenever I had questions.

I will say, though, that despite the made-to-order business model I was still not expecting the piece to take > 4 months from order to delivery. I placed the order on Sep 3, 2018 and it did not arrive to my home until Jan 5, 2019. If you need something with any kind of time frame, this may not be for you, unless they speed up their supply chain.

Overall I would recommend Joybird, but only if you can be patient.

Note: they seem ALWAYS to be having some kind of sale. Don't feel rushed to purchase just because of a sale that's ending soon! And definitely don't buy at the full sticker price. "

"I bought a Joybird sofa back in May, and then was devastated when it didn't fit into my apartment (we were off by less than a half an inch)! But the customer service was so amazing. Not only did they take the couch back and let us pick a different one, they waived the shipment fee for the new couch AND let us keep the throw pillows it came with. They also made great recommendations for picking a different couch, resulting in a couch that is a way better fit for us than the original one we ordered. While the build process can seem really lengthy, it's worth it for the quality of the furniture. Delivery was also incredible quick and smooth. We ended up with the Lewis sofa in Bentley Daisy and it is the most comfortable and nicest looking couch ever. It's so deep, so it's really great for laying down, and even for guests to sleep on! Since the fabric is the same as the original sofa we ordered, we have extra throw pillows from the first order, too. We have gotten so many compliments on this couch. Everyone loves it and it really ties the room together. I have been recommending Joybird to everyone - spreading the word! Also already perusing the site for a possible chair and ottoman, too!"

I like to joke that this was my first real adult purchase after collage where I wasn't trying to find cheap yet good looking furniture that didn't hold up. I've had my couch for over 2 years and it almost feels the same as the first day we got it. We're a family of couch potatoes where this is used more than our own bed. It's an investment for yourself, your style, and comfort. I do hope shipping has gotten better since then, as for my custom order, form purchase to arrival was a 3 month wait. "We've had our Liam Sofa for almost one year and we are still in LOVE with it. The Sofa is everything we wanted and more. The material is soft and durable, and the color is bold and vibrant. The Liam fits perfectly in our 100-year-old home. We were looking for a vintage couch that would go with the style of our home and the Liam couch is just what we were looking for. The cushions are firm but comfortable, enough to fall asleep and take a good nap, or watch a movie. Joybird customer service was fantastic. They were helpful and friendly in answering all my questions and concerns and even recommended a fabric after learning we had two cats. The only downside was the delivery was delayed by approximately one month, but after receiving the couch, it was worth the wait. I love Joybird’s superb quality and customer service. I got the Lewis sofa and would really recommend it - deep, soft cushions and big cushions make it comfier than a bed.

On top of this customer support has always been incredibly fast to respond and very helpful, even over the Holiday period when I didn't expect a reply for days.
