"We purchased a chair and ottoman from Joybird in November 2018. The items were overdue by two weeks from the promised date of delivery. When the furniture was finally delivered...the legs were missing from the chair. Joybird told us it would take 3 more weeks to get new legs. While having to wait for legs was a bummer, the worst was the overall poor craftsmanship of the furniture. There were threads coming out of almost every side and cushion of these two pieces. I'm not talking about loose threads, but threads if pulled, would hurt the integrity of the furniture. This definitely wasn't a shipping issue. There is no way these pieces of furniture were inspected when they left the manufacturer.
The reason I didn't give Joybird just 1 star is due to their good return policy. Needless to say...we are returning the items and will never buy from them again."

"We have had our Eliot chair for over a year and love (love) LOVE it. But this review isn't about that. This is about the fact that Joybird claims to have extraordinary customer service... and boy oh boy do they ever!! Our seat cushion popped a button a bit ago and Joybird immediately sent out a replacement cushion (cushion, not button... they were worried the fabric would be just different enough to be noticeable...wow). Unfortunately it went to our old address in MA and we now live in CA. When I called back to review the issue (my bad for not checking the confirmation email) Paul, amazing Paul, listened to our story and, without hesitation, said he'd send out another cushion. Honestly, it was my fault for not checking the address that I thought I had changed, and I offered to buy the cushion but he said it was no problem. It stank that the people who bought our house kept the cushion (yes, it does) and he understood. I can't remember the last time I crossed paths with a company that actually empowered their employees to live the company's sales lines and statements. Clearly for Joybird amazing products and amazing customer service are seen as the right way to do business, not a way to gain sales. Well, bravo Joybird, I'm a customer for life, will definitely be telling everyone (not that I already didn't) and we can't wait to order the couch we've been eyeing. A thousand thanks to Paul and the Joybird team."

"I purchased a sofa on November 26th and it still hasn't arrived. My estimated delivery date was between January 8th-14th (with a 7-10 day grace period). It hasn't even arrived at the local shipping facility. This better be the most amazing sofa out there because waiting more than two months seems really ridiculous. "

"Other than delivery, which can be a bit slow, this is my favorite mid-century modern (but new) furniture choice. Once you've outgrown Target, and are looking for permanent, heirloom quality furniture, this is your place. We have one non-Joybird chair and no one likes to sit in it because it is so much less comfortable."
