"So first off, let me give a massive thumbs up and shout out to Lillian (Lilly) who was really helpful, knowledgeable, and informative while I was making a final selection during their Labor Day sale (ended up with a Hughes sleeper sofa and loveseat in Royale Forest). I pretty much knew what I wanted when I went in, but she absolutely filled in the gaps in my knowledge and rightly anticipated my questions. It was a top-notch in-store experience.
My only concern at this point is the ship date (and eventual product, of course). I ordered on August 27th, with an initial ship estimate of mid-October. That's now slipped to early November, and I'm wondering if it's going to slip further. None of that has to do with my in-store experience, however, which was first rate. Keep it up!"

"Website refused to work at all with Chrome so I had to switch browsers and start all over. Put in my order, typed in my address and credit card number...seemed like the order went through, but did not. Had to go back and create an account and then buy my item just to get the purchase to actually happen.

"Horrible return policy. Their 35% restock fee is severely punitive. I bought a bed frame and because an unforeseen incident arose, I was forced to cancel the order within 72 hours of the purchase and at least a week if not more before it was to even ship. I was forced to pay almost $500 for nothing in return. Not even store credit. "
