"Ordered a sofa back in 2019 and love it. I recall then my main issue was the extreme delays in production and shipping, but the end product made me very happy, and joybird gave me a $250 credit for my trouble that I just now used on my current sofa purchase. This one is estimated to arrive in about 1.5 months. I wish the sofa would arrive sooner, but I also appreciate each piece is made to order…quality takes time. The main issue I had this time around was with the website. I could not get the billing page to load on my Mac in chrome. After several attempts I tried my iPhone instead also using chrome, and that worked. Looking forward to enjoying our new sofa in November!"

I’m hopeful, and have only good things to say about Joybird. My only issue was not being able to use $ 50 review credits towards my purchase. "
"My Joybird sleeper sofa became damaged -- one leg completely caved in and was not able to be reset. The folks at Joybird bent over backwards to solve the problem, and as a result I have a brand new sleeper arriving soon. To boot, the delivery guys will take the damaged sofa off my hands. I regret the problem, but the company gets A+ for creating a prompt, courteous solution. And in the meantime, I have purchased another large piece from Joybird."
"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase experience. This was my first time buying from your company, and I was informed that the chair came with a 90-day warranty. However, the chair lacked proper support, and I ended up being charged a substantial restocking fee, along with costs for two shipments. Additionally, I had to wait another six weeks for my exchange to be processed.
I was also promised a $50 gift card for sharing my images, but unfortunately, none of the gift cards worked. I had to call three times to resolve the issue with the codes, but they still did not work even after the exchanges.
