"I’ve been eyeing the Elliot leather sectional online but was nervous about buying a couch sight unseen. The website indicated there was a floor model at the DC store so I went in person to check it out. The couch was there as advertised when I arrived and I had a delightful store experience. Kevin M greeted me when I arrived and was extremely helpful and friendly. He was able to assist me in finalizing the purchase at the store and overall added a lot to the couch buying process. I haven’t gotten the couch yet but so far so good and the buying experience was great. "
"I sent an email less that 24hrs after my order requesting to cancel part of it but never got a response back. After calling even before shipment they said they would need a 35% restocking fee. Im very upset"

"Joybird's Briar sleeper sofa is very comfortable as a sofa -- i haven't used the bed part yet. It feels very substantial, and the color I ordered - Royale Peacock - is really quite beautiful. The seat is also high enough to accommodate most long-legged friends. Delivery was done without any hitch. I was concerned that ordering a couch without sitting on one first might be a moistake -- but the previous positive reviews were right. This is good product, and it was easy to order what I wanted. "

"My husband ordered a sleeper sofa, lounge chair and ottoman a little over a month ago. Before it was delivered I also placed an order for a bed frame. When his order came in, we realized that the quality of this furniture does not, in any way, justify the price. The fabric and craftsmanship is chintzy. The cushions are under filled and look sad. The wood legs look artificial. I immediately called to cancel my bed order as I did not want to pay $2k for another item that is crap. I had received no shipping notifications or anything beyond the order confirmation but the rep on the phone told me that the standard policy which cannot be overridden would require a $435 processing fee to cancel my order. We’re disappointed because the style of everything is cool but the quality is terrible. "
