First Time Joybird shopper

"I’ve eyed Joybird from afar for years but was nervous about buying furniture online. Then we relocated to the Seattle area I was super excited to visit the showroom. The furniture is just as amazing in person, maybe even more so. We worked with David who was super helpful in getting us the best price for the custom set we wanted. They were even gracious when I called back two days later to change the fabric selection. Now we are waiting for our custom furniture, made just for us to arrive. We can’t wait! We already know we are gonna love it!! I would recommend Joybird 10/10!"

Wonderful experience at the Manhattan showroom

"This is our first time shopping at Joybird, and we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality at the Manhattan showroom. Justin, the assistant store manager, welcomed us warmly and asked what we were looking for and very patiently listened as we listed our preferences. He gave us helpful information about the various choices and fabrics and also gave us some styling ideas. It was our most favorite experience shopping for a large piece of furniture, which was often be overwhelming, and Justin was great at making us feel welcome and giving us space to talk about the various choices. It will be some time before we receive our item, and we look forward to seeing the piece in our living room. Many thanks!"

"My package had a delivery date when purchased that was inaccurate. It could take up to a week longer. I called but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Left a message just now.
