"I discovered Joybird through my interior designer who selected the Bryce chair in royale peacock for my bedroom reading chair, and it was such a sturdy and well-built chair! When it came time to choose chairs for my living room, I knew I would choose Joybird again. First I ordered the FREE swatch kit so I could feel and see the fabrics in person. Then I discovered there is a Joybird showroom right here in Chicago where I live, so I took an hour at the store to sit on different chairs! Rosielee Brown at the Lincoln Park location was so great with understanding what I was looking for in a chair and giving me different options to sit in and draping different fabrics over the pieces so I could really envision my custom piece. I will be a Joybird buyer for life!"
"The purchasing process was smooth. I ordered a ready-to-ship product with the expectation that I would receive my delivery within three weeks. I am frustrated and disappointed because I was informed by the shipping company that they received my product yesterday (August 21) however they will not be delivering it until September 18 because they only deliver to my area one day a month and that day was yesterday. I ordered the product on August 14 and it shipped on August 20. It will not be delivered for more than a month. You may want to consider contracting with a different hub in this area. "This was my second sofa to order from Joybird, Sadly, the quality is not what it was. I’m very disappointed in this purchase. The materials feel very cheap and one leg was unable to be attached because the plywood was so thin. What has happened to your manufacturing process. It seems you’ve been taken over by a hedge fund that is squeezing the product to increase profit. I won’t continue to be a customer or to recommend Joybird anymore."
