I called right away and cancelled that order. Why should I pay $160.00 just to use a gift card? I will probably not even use it if the shipping is almost as much as the gift card. "

After discussing the pros and cons of each, based on Jillian's recommendation we ended up going with our 4th favorite based on wear and stain resistance. She placed our order and were on our way."

"We ordered our furniture a week ago and we have already had our delivery date pushed back twice. Originally they said 4 weeks, but I hope we get it within 8! This company should really do better at estimating delivery dates at the time of purchase instead of pushing back the date after the order is placed. Plus, they don’t allow us to cancel despite changing the dates. Maybe they should change the delivery dates, but allow people to cancel their order if the new timeline doesn’t fit. We don’t have the furniture yet- we hope the extended timeline means that it is good quality. "
