"My husband and I spent months picking out a couch. We even drove an hour away to go sit on it and make sure it was comfortable. When we finally received it, it was a different color and texture of leather. Joybird said it could not guarantee if we reorder the couch that it would be right the second time. So disappointing. We ended up buying our second choice (from them) and I hope this leather will be as depicted in the sample and they are picking up our other couch. The whole experience has been frustrating to say the least."

Once we mentioned what we were looking for she quickly got us familiar with material options and set up the fabric on the chair of our choice. As well she offered us other options in styles and we eventually chose anothe style which was less expensive and better fit our small space.
