"We went into the Joybird showroom in Seattle to test some couches and check out fabrics. We spoke at length with a sales associate (David Mcvey) who was very informative and helpful. He also was able to work with us to make sure that we were able to take advantage of an upcoming sale. All in, we really appreciated how he was as a salesman. Not too pushy in any way, just helpful and informative while giving us time and space to make our decision. Overall, we were really big fans of the whole Joybird shopping experience. "

I reached out to customer service, was told I’d get a call very soon. No call. Reached out again via online chat, now was told items are still in transit and won’t arrive for at least another two weeks. The Joy its rep blamed weather, which makes no sense unless their trucks are convertibles.
