"This will be my second Joybird sofa purchase. My first was many years ago when I ordered a large 4- piece sectional. If I didn't move 2400 miles and downsize I would still have that first one! I cant wait for my new one to arrive. "

Couches

"David at the Brooklyn store excellent. Listened to my needs and requirements regarding my space size and sofa height since I am tall and most sofas are low for my long legs.
Excellent customer service and that I know is management and corporate requirements.
I have not received my sectional as of yet but when I do I will surely let you know.
Remember I have very high expectations of your product

Terrible quality and horrendous cancellation fees

"My husband ordered a sleeper sofa, lounge chair and ottoman a little over a month ago. Before it was delivered I also placed an order for a bed frame. When his order came in, we realized that the quality of this furniture does not, in any way, justify the price. The fabric and craftsmanship is chintzy. The cushions are under filled and look sad. The wood legs look artificial. I immediately called to cancel my bed order as I did not want to pay $2k for another item that is crap. I had received no shipping notifications or anything beyond the order confirmation but the rep on the phone told me that the standard policy which cannot be overridden would require a $435 processing fee to cancel my order. We’re disappointed because the style of everything is cool but the quality is terrible. "

"Helpful, friendly staff greeted us warmly & showed us just what we'd been looking for in a convertible couch. We were encouraged to try it out as a couch, then shown how it folds out to become a bed, & to lie down on it to test its comfort. Made an informed choice of fabric, & can hardly wait for delivery in a couple of weeks. Very happy! "

Where are my dang swatches???

"I ordered a swatch kit almost a month ago, still no swatches. I got the email that says they shipped, but USPS has no record of the tracking number. Went ahead and ordered the sofa, hoping the swatch kit would arrive soon, still no swatches. Got an email after the sofa order saying another swatch kit has been ordered. Yippee! Still no swatches. Now you have my money for the sofa, I have no swatches to finalize my order for said sofa and weeks have been wasted. Why should it take so long to mail out swatch kits? At least the Joybird people I have talked to about this are nice. Where are my dang swatches??? "
