"I never received a phone call the day before delivery date to give me a delivery window. I emailed that I hadn't received one and got a response the next day that it would arrive at 10:30am. I had to run into work and at 8 am they called to tell me. Said they were there and were upset when I said I wasn't or could get back in an hour since I was coving an omelette station for a banquet but would have been home for the 10:30 delivery. The dispatcher verbally berated me and screaming at the top of her lungs at me. I remained calm and professional. They said they wouldn't deliver that day since I could be there by 9am. I emailed customer service and explained what happened I received an email back saying since I missed my window I had to wait till it came back to the facility before I could reschedule a delivery. Welp a week plus later still no sofa. They keep asking me to review them so now I have. I have zero idea of the quality of the piece but going how well the customer service is I'm not hopeful. "
"We worked with Elena Patterson at the showroom in downtown Portland. She was very helpful and had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision about a new couch. We loved that we could sit on all of the couches before purchasing and was able to take a swatch kit home to pick out the perfect fabric. We are looking forward to our delivery date in a few weeks."

"I have been a repeat customer for several years and have always encouraged and recommended Joybird to others. In all probably spent upwards of 12k on various pieces. Recently purchased a 400 bookcase - couple days after I ordered I realized I accidentally miss measured the space and asked to cancel. There is no way the product was ready or had been shipped at that point. At first I was told it couldn’t be returned and then was informed it would be a 35% restocking fee - which doesn’t make sense to me. Now I am completely unsatisfied with the lack of consideration and customer service provided. Why would I ever continue to be loyal and recommend a company who takes my patronage for granted. This will be my last order with Joybird and no longer feel comfortable recommending to others. "
