"selected a wood table on sale/final sale and was a little apprehensive for basic reasons but I could not be more happy with the decision. The quality of the table is fantastic - it's solid wood and very heavy. The delivery was so very quick - within 10 days! We couldn't be happier.

They offered a free swatch sample, and when I ordered they kept me updated with the progress of the build. The delivery people were awesome, and my new sofa arrived exactly on time. I love everything about my new sofa, and promptly ordered another piece."

"I should be able to cancel or make adjustments to my order online within the allotted 24 hour period Joybird gives for cancellation without having to reach out to customer service. Also, customer service via chat is nonexistent since the chatbot canceled/ended the chat once I clicked through the options requesting live help. Text was inconsistent and I wasn't sure if there was a wait or what was going on after answering the prompts. Overall, not impressed and hopefully the couch will be better than the website and customer service."
"Our first couch arrived damaged. Joybird offered to have us keep the damaged couch with a $43 reimbursement - which seems like a joke for such an expensive item or have a new one shipped. So we had a new one shipped. Then the second one arrived, also damaged in the exact same place - so clearly this is a systemic issue. So now we're waiting for yet another couch to arrive. Months later, let's cross fingers for a good condition expensive couch"
