The first thing you notice going to the store in Philadelphia is that everyone seems happy to be working there. We took that as a great sign! We were fortunate to be serviced by Sadie, who knows the products inside out and was very patient and the epitome of excellent customer service. Sadie helped us put together a plan for my living room space right from her laptop. When I was slow to grasp the plan on the computer, Sadie made a home visit to make it clear to me. (We live really close to the store) We could not be happier with this part of the service and commend Sadie for making the process so easy."
