"I ordered a sectional and ottoman on 6/1/2024. Was out of town for a death in family. Came back to learn my order was estimated to arrive in August. Too late!!! I went to cancel order and they tracked on a 35% fee. The sectional hadn't even been outsourced - yes they claim to build each order 1 by 1. Crazy, right? No restocking fee, just 35% of order .... Which for me was nearly $1,000. Did that scare me? At first yes, but we have resources here in America. I wrote to BBB, trustpilot and will keep writing until joybird goes away. Please do your research. Joybird furniture is not run ethically nor do people who work there care about you. "
"This recent couch is the third in my home. I have no complaints on them.
Yes, I am disappointed with my newest purchase, because:
1. The cushion on which I sit already looks as if it is several years old.
2. The cushions are not reversible, since there is no matching fabric underneath.
3. The cushions slip forward, and they are hard to push back in place.
I do believe that since you are having a constant sale, you have cut costs. As I said, at the beginning, I have two other Joy it’d couches, and I am happy with them.

"I've been browsing couches here for a while and was excited to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. Only problem was that, when I was ready to add to cart, the "add to cart" button would not work. I've consistently had issues with this website when using my cell phone, but this time it was messing up on my PC as well. I was able to get in contact with a sales representative and they completed my order for me via phone amd made didn't leave until it was confirmed that everything went through. I'm super excited to receive my couch and the customer service was a 5 star experience. The website just needs some help."
