"The purchasing part was great. In the SF showroom encouraged to buy that day bc the next day was Presidents’ Day and it would take longer to get couch and ottoman made if ordered then. Our promise of 4-6 weeks has doubled and still no couch. Turns out the couch is ready but they forgot the ottoman so it had to be canceled and reordered and now I’m at the end of the line again. Good lord"
