"The sales clerk was great. Nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I would say Joybird should allow payment in installments esp. since the company has my money but I won't get my goods for weeks. Requiring at least 1/3 down, then paying the other third when the piece is made and the last 1/3 when the couch is delivered would be a much better business strategy. If even requiring the final paymebt once the item is made and ready to be shipped would work. If the person cancels after paying the initial 1/3 or one half, then they don't get a refund of what they have paid. That would deter cancellations. That's much more customer friendly. Ps I am so very glad I got to go to the store to actually sit on the couch before I bought it, love it. "

"Sectional couch will not stay together. The wedge system is cheap and not functional. After paying close to $3000 I am not happy that I’m going to have to modify the system to lock together myself. "

I think the description for each star could be improved: "Horrible" is a very different scale that "I am somewhat satisfied". One is describing satisfaction level and the other is describing the quality of service.
I would describe my experience as "I am unsatisfied." because I went into a Joybird store and the customer service representative opened a warranty case for me. It sounds like she should have been aware of the 14 day warranty policy. Because she wasn't, I had expectations that my problem would be resolved.
When I received the email, I was told the warranty lasted 14 days and I couldn't be helped.
So, I am unsatisfied with the resolution. "
