"I find it difficult to make decisions by only looking at pictures online, so I dropped by the Joybird store in West Hollywood, in LA, to see the sofas and chairs in person. I was greeted with Michael Hall who helped me through the full process, pointing out all the styels on the floor and ever ready to respond to my myriad questions, at the same time as he respeced a distance and my privacy. He responded to all my questions to my satisfaction, and then gave me space to digest his answers and choose to do whatever worked for me. As a result of this top notch customer service, combined with the lovely selection of MCM style sofas and fantastic colors, I bought a new sofa and chair for my new home.
