"Really excited for the couch. Went to ATX and sat in one at their show room. Unfortunately when I ordered it was set to deliver late feb to early March. Updates are now showing mid March at the earliest. 8 weeks turned to 10-11 weeks right after purchase. I understand time and craftsmanship goes into this product. But for 4k+ furniture you’d think you’re less times would be more accurate. "

"when I placed an order the website gave me a delivery range. I received an email asking what days of he week the following week were good for delivery. I gave 3 options. I then received an email saying good news your delivery will be next month on the first wed of the month as that is the only day of the month (first wed every month) that delivery is offered. I explained that did not work for me. Was told they can leave it outside if I like. Called customer service and was told that I can return it for a 25% restocking fee. When I explained that I am happy to have the item delivered but can't accept delivery on Wednesdays I was told that is the only option. A supervisor emailed me saying that the website says in the FAQ section that you should call with your zip code to find out delivery options??? There was NO notification when purchasing saying to do this or that my area was limited in delivery days. This is a scam of a company "

"I bought a specific style and color way because the site said it was ready to ship. Come two weeks later to see when it shipped and it gave a longer lead time than the other styles. So all in all a little disappointed as I would have gone with another company that could have gotten my new couch to me in the two weeks."
