I didn’t realize it was clearance (I thought it was simply on sale as the whole website was on sale) until checkout, and it did say it was a final sale. I didn’t realize that meant they wouldn’t make things right when it came damaged. I will not buy from Joybird again."

I was thrilled with the quality of that sofa AND with Joybird's service. This is my second sofa purchase, and I was disappointed to see that now the things that used to be included cost extra...and the customer isn't notified until checkout. So returning customers are going to be disappointed. "
