Not in warehouse

"When I ordered the sofa, it said it was in the warehouse and would take 4 weeks to ship. When I ordered, I received an update email that they received my order and are in the process of ordering the materials to make my sofa (not ship the sofa that was supposed to be in the warehouse). I’m concerned about shipping time, but we’ll see. It’s supposed to be here in a month- which is a very long time for a sofa that was supposed to be already built. "

Working with John was great

"We purchased a couch and two chairs at the NW Portland store on the last day of your 30% off sale. We weren't even aware that the store was there before stopping in. John Bowers spent a large amount of time with us finding the pieces, and fabrics, that were right for us. After our purchase we sent us home with a couple of fabric swatches so we could see what they looked like in our living room. We decided that we needed to switch colors and he helped us to change the order on our return visit that afternoon. At no time was he pushy. He was quite good a helping us make up our minds on fabrics when there were so many options. Thanks much John!"

"My fiancé and I had the best experience with Astrik!!! They were so helpful in store, showing us every sleeper sofa while we flopped on all the mattresses. Astrik went above and beyond showing us each fabric swatch in different lighting so we could fully understand how the couch would look in our space. They also checked in on our lifestyle and other factors that could influence our choices. They were the best Joybird babysitter anyone could ask for! LYLAS"

"It took me a while to go through the color swatches and measure my living room space. Shopping is not something I enjoy. "My wife has done all the research & leg work on the couch we just purchased. So as we walked in the door that day I had no idea or input frankly. Said it was going to be delivered beginning of February now it’s March 1-6.
