I like Joy Bird, but the AI chat bot gave me confusing information

"If I had listened the the AI chat bot, I would have ordered the wrong ottoman. After some time and research, I was able to make a better decision. Otherwise, I love my Joy Bird couch. That is why I am ordering another one with a matching ottoman. Cheers!"

Furniture was not shipped.

"I received regular updates that my couch was being built. Even received a delivery via freight. But when it arrived, it was just pillows, no couch. The freight company said all they received was pillows. Called Joybird, and they confirmed that no couch was built or even shipped. In fact, there was an error on the website and they oversold the item. At any point in the two months of building updates, freight arrangement, and delivery could someone have caught that there was no couch. The only thing offered was a coupon. Even after I had gotten rid of my old furniture and waited two months. "

Misleading website re "third party" pillows and ZERO customer service

"I bought the Jive lumbar pillow from your website. The dropdown menu for the color selections does not pull up the matching color choice. I ended up with a dark orange pillow that looked nothing like the options online. I could not even see what color pillow matched the color name online. When the pillow arrived, it came in a plastic bag with a different color name than the online color choices. The color label was Russet. The online color name is Rust. The color I got was deep, dark orange and did not resemble even the Rust color option. I was given an entirely different pillow color. When I pointed out ALL these problems to customer service, no one cared. They said the pillow came from a third party vendor and that they could not take it back or exchange it. I had not even opened the pillow. No one cared. Of course they could have taken it back. They just refused and did not even acknowledge the technical problems on their website in being able to view the color choices in selecting the color name in the dropdown menu. I got so much grief for a $45 pillow after spending nearly $2,000 on a sofa wit this company. Pure trash service. I will not replace my next two sofas with Joybird over the grief I was given for a $45 pillow. Smart business decision, Jokebird. "
