"I placed an order on 12/3 and Joybird initially gave me an estimated arrival date in late Jan/early Feb. Since I would be away for a few days during that time period, I postponed shipping another two weeks to be safe. It's now mid-January and I realized I haven't had any updates from Joybird, and when I logged in I saw that my shipping is now delayed mid-March. I understand delays, but not receiving any notifications for more than a month, especially when there are changes to shipping, is unacceptable. I need to plan my work schedule around this delivery, so this is not the greatest experience for me. Please Joybird, at the very least send more updates!"

"We were nervous ordering from Joybird since we had never seen any of their furniture in person. The order shipped and arrived significantly earlier than the original estimate. The packaging was well thought out and protected the cabinet well. Our cabinet looks fantastic in the room. Materials and finish are very good. The top panel has a couple of knots in it but overall we are very happy. Recommended! "

"I ordered a royal apple couch, and the advertised fabric was very different from what was delivered. Even the delivery crew marked on the delivery that it was the wrong fabric because they could see it was wrong. However, Joybird didn't care. They said, "with fabrics changing so often, it's impossible for us to deliver on what we post on our website" They gave me an option to either buy a new couch and return the one I got (in new condition) when the new one arrives, or return the couch with a hefty restocking fee. Terrible experience, and now I'm stuck with a couch I didn't order. "

"I was supposed to receive my couch the beginning of January. Now it’s February. I wasn’t notified I only found out because I contacted them."
"We visited the store in Seattle. While the store was on the smaller side for a furniture store, we were quickly impressed with how they had chosen each specific piece and made sure different fabric choices were available to see in person. Isis was fantastic at listening to our wants and helping us narrow options based on what was most important to us. We spent several hours throwing different fabrics on one particular couch, seeing that style of fabric on other pieces in the store, and looking at pictures online.
Short of being able to see your exact piece of furniture in the store with the fabric you wanted to choose (impossible with 90 some options) there wasn't anything else they could have done to make the experience better. Not pushy at all. Definitely recommend going in the store!!"
