"Very poor communications about orders so far. Bought a rug and a couch. Rug was shipped to home without any correspondence about its shipment or method. Smells heavily of chemicals, had to poor baking soda on plastic and store in my garage until I open. Waiting on my special ordered couch. Hope it is what they claim. For the price I have paid. "

"I live in Atlanta, GA and only came to the Austin store because there were none in my area and really wanted to look at some of the fabrics and couches In person before I made such a big purchase. The little strips in the mail help but I wasn’t able to put two and two together in how it would look in my living room. I got to the Austin showroom about 30 min before close and Renata Del Pozo greeted me when I came in with a warm and inviting tone and let me know that (even before she knew I was intending to make a purchase that day) she would be here to make sure my theoretical designs would work in my actual living room. She helped me make sure the fabrics I was talking about were both pet and kid friendly as well as going back and forth with me through some of the Elliott and other designs. She even helped me talk with my husband through FaceTime on pricing and what would go best. I swear she’s one of the best interior designers I’ve ever met, and we definitely were on the same wavelength as far as aesthetic. I ended up getting different sofas and fabrics that I intended on getting when I was making a purchase online at home.

"Joybird has the worst customer service, I regret ordering from them. Three weeks for fabric swatches? Rude and condescending staff when you call? It’s going to take over two months for me to get my chair since I ordered swatches the same time I ordered the chair, so I can make an informed choice….utterly ridiculous. Most other companies get the swatches to you in a few days…not three weeks. Beware. "
