Fantastic Customer Service

"We came to Joybird after receiving ads for the President's Day sale and within 15min of being in the store we purchased a couch. We received great advice on the pet durability of the various couch materials and seamless customer service. We ended up getting over $1k off the couch with the sale. We're big fans!"

"Beautiful aqua color in sofa photo was no longer available. Picked a different color but sad I couldn’t get the color that got my attention. Also sad I couldn’t get the 0% financing for 12 mo that I had gotten before. "

We try our best to keep our fabrics consistently available on our site but now and then, we have to drop fabrics to make room for new ones. I like the product but I hate the website.

"After the initial contact, I spent hours trying to order the sofa that I wanted. Email didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and to get the chat working again I had to delete cookies on my computer to make it think it was a new connection. I finally got it ordered, but it was an ordeal. The people are all very nice though and I have no complaints about them."

Wonderful experience!

"I loved the look of Joybird's furniture online, so my husband and I visited the showroom in person. We were in disbelief that EVERY chair and couch that we sat in was comfortable. Cynthia was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped us with color coordinating, sizing, and decision making. We had been to visit multiple furniture stores prior, only to be disappointed. At Joybird, we actually had FUN! We couldn't be happier with our experience. "

Friendly, no-pressure, all about the customer experience

"I walked into the show room to a very friendly staff who greeted me right away. What’s more, I noticed they did this for every single customer that walked in the studio. To me, that’s really great since I experienced such greetings very little, if at all, at others stores I went to for furniture shopping. My specialist was very kind and really knew her stuff, and it seemed as though all the staff did. They explained and talked through what I was interested in and what kind of tone and vibe I was looking for in my couch. They really walked through each couch type and asked questions about my style and comfort level. I felt like I was given royal treatment for what is a pretty big purchase. Overall, I recommend anyone to give joybird a look just for their customer experience alone, then a deeper look for their amazing furniture and style. "
