"Other than the wait it was a wonderful experience. Joybird produces quality furniture so I was not disappointed. Customer Service is excellent. Unfortunately due to our mistake, the apt sofa was far too small for the room. We are exchanging for the larger sofa in the same color. "

"I had not done business with Joybird before, but they had a sofa that I really liked. Tons of fabric choices, but found one that went great in the room. Takes a while to arrive since they build it after you choose. Delivery was easy to schedule and the guys who delivered it were top rate. I'm hoping to have the same experience with the desk I ordered!"

"It took two online requests to get the material samples, so, about 4 weeks to finally get one.
Only update I have is that they are gathering the items needed.
I am concerned my 12/18 delivery to San Diego won't be honored and I am on a time frame as I live and travel in my RV and the chair is being delivered to my daughter in San Diego as that is where we will be over holiday.
With no way try the chair, which shows there are locations in Austin, TX, San Deigo, LA but by chat there appears to be only in LA so I am taking huge chance and I am guessing if the chair has issues I will have to pay shipping on return since you pay shipping to get it to you even though it is over $1500. Ultimately, no chair yet. Lag time on response other paying for the chair. Worried....I hope it worth all of this."

"We were lucky enough to be able to drop I to a showroom prior to purchasing online. Before that, we did get a swatch kit which was helpful to decide if there was a fabric/color we liked. The showroom experience was great since we were able to see the fabrics on a larger scale while also testing out the feel of each couch. My favorite part was being able to pick out what we liked and then having someone send us the cart through email to purchase later. No pressure to buy in the store and convenience to have the cart put together for us. "
