The quality I’m certain is highly ranked.

"The shipping delivery dates: I was told mid December which would have given me enough time to be located at the location. And they also said as late as Jan. But the furniture was delivered too early then originally quoted. So the timing of delivery was mis-leading. As a default of this may require me to return the items in which I purchased. The dimes would be out my pocket and not in theirs. So we’ll see when And how this fans out. "

Great service.

"I was helping my son purchase a sofa. We don't live in the same town so the virtual consultation was a god send. The sales consultant was really nice and answered all my questions. The next day, she made sure my son had the help he needed when he visited the store with his kids. "

Excellent in-store Customer Service.

"I have not yet received my sofa, but really looking forward to receiving it. However, my experience with the in-store team was phenomenal! I'm sooo glad Joybird set a store in Seattle. I came in 4 times before making my purchase. Working with Michael was always a pleasure. When he was **** with other customers, the rest of the staff was wonderful, as well. Great experience. I have no doubt I will be thrilled with my sofa, as well!"

Showroom

"It is so nice to have a retail location close by to be able to see - feel - touch the products before purchase. I visited the Chicago location during the Black Friday Sale. The sale created a lot of traffic in the showrooms but Joybird had lots of staff on hand. I planned to visit the showroom and then go home to order online but there were enough sales staff to assist making the ordering process really easy and fast. I was so excited about my purchase I ordered a second couch."

Too early to rate

"Before I placed my 23 November order for a new bed & mattress from Joybird I noted that the description for the items stated “ready to ship” so it came as no small surprise that the estimated delivery date would be late December or almost one month after I placed my almost ~$3,000 order! I will reevaluate my experience after the items are satisfactorily delivered & setup"

"Visited the Soho store and connected with Justin who couldn't have been more knowledgable or helpful. After some consideration we decided to go with the Holt but had some design questions first. Justin was great and gave me his opinion about color and size. He ordered the couch for me and said to keep in touch with any additional questions.
