Waiting on order

"Joybird asked me for a review before my order was received. When I placed my order I was told it would take four weeks then it was double to eight weeks. I called customer service. It said there was a 300 minute wait because they were getting more then normal amount of calls. I’m sure the furniture will be nice when it arrives. "

Wooster NYC satisfaction

"Customer service was pleasant and knowledgeable. I went to the Brooklyn showroom location and the girl appeared frustrated with questions I had regarding the Miller sofa and any other questions I had regarding any other sofa. She was not well informed and had to go and ask someone in the back room at least 3x’s.
I went to the NYC Wooster St location. The woman there was knowledgeable about JoyBird and answered all my questions. She was a delight! I purchased the Miller Sofa. I can’t wait to get it!! Delivery January.
