Apartment size!

"Sadie at your Philadelphia store couldn't have been more helpful. She totally "got us" and suggested looking at the apartment size line as we needed a smallish chair for our bedroom. We love it! Bought the Hughes apartment chair and can't wait to have conversations from it. It may save our marriage! Hehe....thanks Sadie!"

Well built and solid

"I love my little sleeper sofa and ottoman!
The choices of fabrics should meet anyone’s needs. Very solid and comfortable and worth waiting for them to build. Their accessories work perfectly I my little den. And the white glove delivery is awesome!

Difficult exchange process

"For an online retailer, I wouldn’t expect the exchange process to be so difficult. I will get a refund once the new couch is delivered but for over two months I have to carry the payment of two couches. They also would not place the order for me. I had to go online and order all over again. Not really an exchange but more you can buy two couches without penalty which puts too much onus on the consumer. "

Horrible Company

"Where do I begin? When I ordered a couch and after weeks, got the delivery notification, picked my date, confirmed said date and then my couch never showed up? Was it the second time I set up delivery after talking to customer service and again my couch never showed up? Both times canceled without a single email or phone call to let me know after I rearranged my schedule that they canceled my entire order. Or was it having to fight with customer service to then get the rudest shipping person telling me she was sorry, but nothing would be done. Or was it finally getting a supervisor to call me back after waiting 5 days telling me to reorder the couch, gave me a gift cert for money off the couch and telling me she has the couch for me and would track the order carefully? Or was it waiting again for the second order of my couch, being sent the schedule email, the confirmation email only to find out that THEY STILL DID NOT HAVE MY COUCH AND THEY WILL NEVER HAVE THE COUCH FOR ME EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE HAS 5 OF THE SAME COUCH LSITED AS AVAILABLE? OR THAT AGAIN THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT MY COUCH WAS NOT THERE "

Excellent Service, Great Quality

"Our design consultant, Spencer, was fantastic! He was knowledgable, easy to talk to, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We also found the perfect couch at the perfect price to replace and uncomfortable, poor quality one we recently purchased at a competitor. We definitely recommend Spencer and Joybird!"
