Production delay?

"I ordered a chair in mid November and it won’t arrive until at least the end of January at this point due to an unexplained delay. Had I known it would take over 2 months to receive the chair I probably would’ve ordered from another company. "

Fast and Easy Ordering Process - Hard to buy furniture online

"There is no substitute for buying furniture in person. I read all the views, lusted over this purchase for over a year and finally pulled the trigger only to discover shortly thereafter that there was a Joybird store in Denver. The actual couch is so different in terms of comfort that had I known, I would not have purchased it. "

There communications wins the award

"I haven't received my furniture yet, but the email updates, the way they set expectations are so stellar, I find Joybird a cut above the rest of my online experiences. And the greatest experience so far - besides the shopping process and building/shipping process communications, their customer service is AMAZING.

I was already receiving a discount and purchased using Affirm. So of course before chatting I was already concerned with questions about if they'd price match a better discount being offered and how my Affirm loan would be affected. Well, them must know their users so well. Because in about 30 seconds they quickly matched the price. Told me the small extra discount total, then updated my Affirm loan and payment schedule immediately! I had zero questions after that. Joybird is just quality all around.
