"They intentionally make shipping and delivery dates confusing enticing you to buy with the promise of receiving your item by a certain date but once the order is placed and is no longer cancellable then they update "delivery" dates which are 7-14 days after 'shipping.' They give a ship by window, then a delivery to warehouse window, then it's an added 7-10 days at the warehouse. And, the service with the warehouse delivery team has been horrifying. Joybird always faults the delivery partner for the bad service, and yet, they force you to pay for high end delivery (even on smaller items like cushions) but do not, in fact, deliver with the 'white glove' service as is promised.
Also, the couch is not comfortable."

"I just bought the Eliot leather sofa. I bought from Joybird because I wanted to make payments with low interest and, unlike Poly & Bark, it took less than a minute to get approved. It was a very easy shopping experience! I can’t wait to get the sofa. The only thing I’d like now is confirmation from Joybird, saying they received my order and this is the expected date of creation and this is the expected date of delivery. I did just spend $2600, so I want updates!"
